Location was great, very friendly staff

Avoid too much mosquitoes in the lobby. Make sure that the TV is working with WIFI. Make sure that the lights are working well. Make sure that the bathroom drain is working well. Make sure that the safety lock can work. and most of all , when we bring this up to your attention, do something....free breakfast...200 rupees off for breakfast....(as example)

In addition to the poor invoicing services, the check in was about 40 minutes per guest even if it wasn't crowded at the reception. Immediately after checking out they cut off your internet even if you are speaking on Viber in the lobby...

The price was good and the food exceeded my expectations

After I checked out and left the country I was harassed on whatsapp from the front office staff about an error they made upon checking out. It should have been done formally.

Disappointing Experience – Issues with Service and Billing

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. While the location may be convenient, the overall service and communication were far below expectations.Three of my colleagues stayed at the hotel under reservations made through my Genius Level 3 Booking.com account, which clearly included complimentary breakfast. Despite this, all of them were charged for breakfast separately. I contacted the hotel about the issue but received no resolution or response.Booking.com has since confirmed that I was indeed entitled to free breakfast and that a refund should be issued. It is extremely frustrating to deal with such avoidable issues, especially when they stem from poor internal coordination and lack of follow-up from the hotel side.I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves both its service quality and its attention to detail. I do not recommend this property for business stays.

My stay was pleasant as always! The amenities were perfect, the room was clean and the staff were very attentive. In particular the housekeeping staff (Jagan) were polite, courteous and ensured my room was always clean and spotless! The breakfast options were also plentiful and worth the money! The Aayush spa was also a perfect relaxing addition to my room where I could get a quick blow dry before a night out or a relaxing massage after a long day of touring the city. The hotel had two restaurants, one downstairs and one in the terrace, both had a large selection of dishes and and a warm ambience

From the moment we arrived, our stay at Turyaa Chennai was a series of frustrating missteps.•Chaotic Check-in: Despite one of our group members checking in early and the hotel holding their passport for hours, we received a call in the evening claiming they hadn’t checked in. How does that even happen? To make matters worse, they were made to wait 45 minutes simply because they couldn’t recall the name of the staff member they had spoken to earlier. Shouldn’t that be in the system?•Inconsistent Policies & Poor Service:•At lunch, we were asked to sign for our meal—no problem.•At tea, we were suddenly told we had to pay immediately. Why the sudden change? No explanation given.•At dinner, a simple fresh lime soda took 30 minutes, only for the staff to say it’s “served after dinner.” Since when is lime soda a dessert?•At 11:40 PM, we received a call about a billing issue that was entirely their mistake. Who calls a guest that late for something they messed up?•Cleanliness Concerns: They call themselves a 5-star hotel, yet the hygiene was questionable. The bedsheet in room 506 had stains when we checked in—completely unacceptable.

The cleanliness and the service was good.

Breakfasts was average. It was almost the same variety for us everyday.

Excellent staff combined with a fine facility make this a hotel that’s easy to recommend. Major works on the highway in front of the hotel are outside of the hotels control but do make transport awkwards

Mosquitos are a problem here, the hotel does what it can, but be prepared.

The person who did room cleaning and maintenance was super helpful and have shown great hospitality . Big thanks to him .

The check in process was very slow, payment was insisted upon at check in instead of check out, the first room we were checked into was stinking and had a musty smell……

Staff in the restaurant is amazing! Especially the ones from Mizoram were real gems ?

We have been 3 times at this hotel now but it is losing a bit of its charm. It could do with a modern upgrade. Also the bathroom was not completely clean and everything felt a bit moldy in the room.

breakfast menu is like Oyo hotels, the in room dining is exorbitant costly and ird staffs doesn't know about orders and cooking. when I ordered specific salad because of chef not available they gave another salad! The onion I ordered was pale and stinky

Homely. Staff not too inquisitive. Buffet has excellent and taste bud matching items. Bar is cozy. Broken air con was immediately tended to.

Since the main road is under huge construction, it's highly dangerous for us to get across the street. Pure mayhem.
