It’s very old hotel. Not clean and not worth for the money stayed at all

Cleanliness, it’s very old space not maintained well. Not worth for the price I paid for

Room very small and dirty bathroom is not cleaning properly very poor busy Road not comfortable area.

Booked hotel from 24-9-25 to 27-9-2025 & reached hotel at 24th night 11:45 pm where I have been made waiting for more than 1 hr with our giving the room due to error in my credit card, finnally I had arranged payment at 1:30am and that got key, secondary AC were not working and there was dust everywhere like pait, i thought to sleep for some time where gang of mosquitos were flying in the room , So please check option of you have other wise stat for 1 day

Good location, area adjacent to Egmore railway station (and a metro station just behind it). Not too noisy. Kind of an old school hotel vibe. Room was pretty clean. Complimentary shampoo. Large elevator is available from the ground floor lobby.

Not much to add, I only stayed for a few night hours, maybe I just wish the windows were easier to close.

They treat us differently just because we didn’t book our room directly from their website & was forced to leave to airport very early befire 7 hrs even after giving grace time by the manager . Morning 10 clock doesn’t work fir airport riders ,

Hot water and staff handling was not up to the mark .

The Property is old one. Eclectrical and others facility to be upgraded. cleaniness to be improved.

Not Value for Money. Room was very Poor. Bed was horrible. Paint of the Room was disgusting, leaving layers..Food was much expensive. A cup of Milk (100 ml) was @ RS. 60/-

I’ve stayed here four times for the past 25 years and this time found no change for good or bad.Room cleaning is good and staff are friendly and eager to help, though not always practically helpful.

Water isn’t hot but lukewarm.Their WiFi system is complicated and unreliable. It does not recover automatically and even if my phone is connected to their network it cannot be connected to outside websites. I don’t know why, but very annoying.

The rooms are filled with mosquitoes and no proper sealing of windows to stop mosquitoes… one just had to sit all night killing mosquitoes

When we checked in at 5.30 AM on 5.8. 2023 the hotel asked for extra money of 562 dupes . Hence we have not stayed in your boolked hotel .

Poor Breakfast. Location Good.

The size of the Room is very small. The Facilities in Toilet are very old and congested - no Exhaust Fan. There is not even Foot Mats at the Toilet Door.

ac was good in one room and not good in another room. Food was good

Staff since it's a 2 star hotel but still they didn't had porters to serve the elderly PPL and no discount for half a day stay which can be provided since it was for four hours Whatever request has been asked says self service .

I was booked Room three days before by booking. Com, 26 May 07.30 AM I Called your receptionist He said there is no room before 1200 PM, So I Was stayed Sun Shine at Tamparam, usually Check In 08 00 AM Or 09 00AM - Why did it?
