The hotel is really close to the IT Park

Breakfast was amazing,

Room misdescribed on booking.com and neither hotel or booking.com would accept ownership for the misinformation. Family room to accommodate 4 was two single beds.

Staff and their attitude. From the valet till the manager. All good vibes and positive attitude. Breakfast was amazing.

The swimming pool is not temperature controlled. There is a renovation going on and the toilet exhaust was not working.

Reservation , staff friendliness, Gym

gym floor was terrible . Breakfast lay out and the area is mediocre . Breakfast menu should have been better .

We had a comfortable stay. Very helpful staff. Special mention must be made of the excellent breakfast .

Hot water supply , corridor upkeep and cleaning, light switches possibly need improvement/upgrade.

WILL NEVER GO BACK

The hotel is very old & bathroom were dirty & stinky with old dirts.Room size,, small Restaurant service in their speciality chinese restaurant was below average...but the food was top notch.

Overall it was a good stay no major Issies Special mention for big buffet spread for breakfast and dinner and lovely helpful staff at Restaurant

Bit worn out property ,require a bit of renovation and upkeeping for the amount they charge

Need to improve

None of the power outlet was usable and no instructions were mentioned. A small stone injured me from the swimming pool

Choice of south indian food in lunch and dinner. Phulka roti is not well made

The place is so good and swimming pool especially so enjoyable for kids which was the ultimate goal. The AC inside room was so chill and silent ...Food is damn costly ..

Senthil G from the reception took care of us very diligently. He helped us in answering all the questions regarding our stay during check in and check out. He was polite and very caring hospitality

Customer services is excellent

Location is far from chennai and it took around one hour to travel to heart of the city.

The front desk staff Senthil Kumar was very helpful. He was the same person who assisted in my checkin and check out.

Parking was not planned well. We had to struggle everyday to get a place

It was clean, good breakfast.

It was renovation in the Hall, and on 4th floor. Sometimes there were noise. Pool require renovation also- floor is destroyed.

Superb and well behaved staff , cleanliness.

Mosquitos were there a plenty in room, wash room, restaurant . Must improve pest control activities.

the breakfast was good and the location is also reachable , but should be carefull in the sub roads when nearing the property

it was the time when renovation work is going on when we reach , so it was so sound in the reception

the hotel was nice. rooms were a bit old fashioned, had a window facing a wall. had a nice pool which we didnt use. breakfast was ok

the floor mattresses were dirty and had a foul odorthere was no smoking area, well there was a spot but without a roof or a chair or anything besides an ashtraybreakfast was ok but didnt provide enough value

Excellent spread of breakfast. Very generous sized rooms, general sense of spaciousness. Large pool for a city centre property. Very obliging and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mention of Ms Rashmi at the front desk who helped us as we had booked 4 rooms of different lengths of stay and had various little requirements. She went out of her way to ensure that our party was well taken care of, despite the renovations taking place when we visited.

They do not offer poolside F&B service (though i was told this might change soon). Having a drinks service by the pool would make the experience even better.

Staff members and greet services are top notch.

Cleanliness very bad and everything is old and worn out. It’s not 5star deserving. Definitely needs renovation of bath room and facilities. Bath room taps are worn out.
