- Used dirty hand towel was left in the bath room when we occupied.We didnt reliase and used it once.later we found out and asked for new one and it didn't come immediately.We asked again and they gave bath towel instead of hand towel.

Excellent location, close to the metro and a large shopping center. The room was clean and quiet.
Highly courteous and supportive reception team (a special note of thanks to Ms. Hema, Ms. Manju). Similarly, the security people were helpful and supportive. Nice food at restaurant, location was apt for our travel purpose. Thanks team for going the extra mile to make our stay really nice

I stayed here during a short business trip and was pleasantly surprised. The Wi-Fi was strong, workspace in the room was comfortable, and the environment was quiet. Also great for families or solo travelers. Will definitely return for my next visit to Chennai
The breakfast was simple but good, and the location was excellent easy to reach and close to key spots in the city.

I have stayed in many hotels, but everywhere they will charge for additional water bottles, but here in this summer, I ordered as much as can, but everything is free of cost. In addition, my check out time was extended nearly 2 hours with no extra money. Very comfortable, friendly.
I only had one day stay and because of a flight delay I arrived quite late and had to leave early. But everything that I saw and experienced was very good.

The location is great. All the places are very nearby. Especially US consulate. It's a value for money. Hotel staff were responsive. Breakfast was nice. Really liked the Pongal, upma, and Idly. Overall, cleanliness is fine.
