Check out took a long time. I had to wait so long for the staff to check the room, and then told that I had to pay for the room. (I booked through Agoda and I thought I had done the payment). My ride was waiting so long till we settled with the checkout
the room size and that there was a hospital nearby
the facilities, the food, the service, it took 3 hours to check in our room even after we reached 2 hours after the check in time, and the us embassy was at least 15-20minutes away.
Excellent stay in this hotel and all the shopping area are in the walkable distance .
If we stay with kids and kids age is more than 12 you need to show the ID proof which i am not aware and they didn't inform us before as pre-requisite if they add this information it will helpful for parents to being the ID proof copy during check in .

From reception I got a call and they said child age limit 7yrs they ask 1000Rs extra . I said when I booked under child age limit max 17yrs my daughter age 13yrs. I felt no good and uncomfortable.

The hotel is in an ideal location, within walking distance to all the major attractions, and there are plenty of accessible transportation options nearby.One of the best perks was the availability of weight scaling machines, which made packing and checking our luggage much easier! The service was top-notch, and everything went smoothly during our stay. It truly felt like home, especially getting a chance to meet so many fellow Malaysians! ?? The location is near the T-Nagar shopping area with easy access to everywhere. I would recommend this hotel. It’s clean and safe.
There is a small road to access the hotel from the main road but it's manageable. Tempo can enter.

The property is decent, though slightly overpriced for what it offers. That being said, it’s not a major concern, as the space is well-maintained and clean. Additionally, the location is convenient, making it easy to access various parts of the city.
It is very bad experience, hope no one expect to waiting for room to be allocated till 22 hours even if are supposed to check in at 12 hours. that too with family it is very awkward.

Second time staying here. Good location, everything provided i.e tooth brush,paste, hair dryer, got mini fridge, few water bottles, TV with so many Indian channels. Allow early checkin with minimum charges and late checkout with minimum charges
