Blu Iris Hotel

The food was very expensive.

The room is clean. They provided toiletries. Wifi is good. The receptionist are helpful, they even help us order via Zomato & call for taxi or tuktuk?It is near to testing center - PearsonVue.

When we came the entire hotel smells insecticide, though it’s was good that they are doing it to disinfect & kill all the cockroaches & other insects.

Staff are accommodating.

Just a bit of cleanliness improvement with regard to linens and AC cooling. Also slippers need to be provided since im a solo traveller and have not been prepared since its my 1st time in India i have not encountered such hotels with no disposable slippers. Otherwise all staff are good.

The hotel was clean and was in City, easy to access major Malls and places like Mount Road etc.. the food was excellent, similar to the tastes we get in Kuwait. we didn’t find any big family hotels nearby. So the HotPlate in Blu Iris was a advantage.

we expected to extend our stay for few more hour, but due to busy schedule we couldn’t stay more and had to checkout as planned. we hope the Hotel would be flexible next time to accommodate client’s request for more hours which can be paid.

They cansel our booking on the day of arival and we were stranded in a unknown country with no place to go..very bad place..

Cleanliness. The Blankets, pillow covers and towels seems like not changed. Stains was still visible, the smell of towel was not new(used). I asked the housekeeper to change my bed linens and towel as well but they refused, Their reasoning was it was to be changed the next day(on my check out).Bring ur own slippers as they will not provide and NO TISSUES.

The staffs were good...they took time to explain everything to you

The hotel is not well advertised,you can go round the streets looking for the name of the hotel but you can't find it...it's a nice hotel.the landmark should be well established

I stayed in this hotel recently, very good , clean and peaceful place with restaurant having delicious recipes as well as buffet, Staff were humble, polite, decent , helping with good behaviour. Rooms were clean and spacious. MGM hospital was 500 meters away by walking.

Better lighting of rooms will be recommended.

The location was perfect for me. Room was clean and housekeeping was good. Front desk/ reception was helpful.

Restaurant was not upto the mark as the hotel. Prices of the food is too much. Staffs not much cordial or helpful.

The room facility are dirty and a bit old needs renovation and the room smell is undesirable.

hotel is a bit old,dusty light stand, bed sheet with stains,old towels. A lot of people recommending this hotel since its near to an exam center.I hope that the management will make an effort in cleaning and to improve or renovate the rooms.

Just ok if you want to stay only for a night.

Room 407The floor was broken, the shower shutters weren’t installed, the air conditioning outlets position wasn’t appropriate!The restaurant service needs improvement.

Blanket and bedsheets are stained and wornout, kettle was rusty, bathroom was unclean. I have allergic rhinitis and kept sneezing noticed that aircon filter was filthy.

24 hour good wifi facility, In house restaurant was good. easy access to transportation.

Poor service.Asked for towels couple of times, left the toilet without toilet tissues.Breakfast option way costly with very minimal option
