They are short staffed. Room are primitive and bathrooms are vintage looking. The checked out rooms are not taken up for cleaning and early checking guests are waiting in the lobby.

Totally disappointed with the quality . Not recommending to any one importantly to Tamil Speaking Guys.Poor quality Bed / wardrobes / Tables / Telephone instrument / Bathroom/ . Bathroom does not have any bathing area . You have to take shower on the entire room. Cockroaches freely staying and roaming around. Fridge was not working replaced after requesting room service. Cant avoid Hindi speaking people in Chennai and they are most welcome. Appreciate if the make effort to learn Tamil and make the atmosphere suits the city . Only Hindi and Hindi songs in the reception looks like we are in North States. Not worth a money ! Never ever will go there again.
I liked that they allowed us in One room The other hotel was not allowing three people, that's why we Booked but that is also very expensive if we look the size of the room.
The room was next to the washroom, bad smells made me mad. Check in was very hectic and waited for long at the reception only, it took us 2 hours. The room was not ready, they started cleaning when we reached. It was like a lodge. Very bad to share this ?

Bad
This is not like any other ginger in the country. This is like oyo. Staff is unattentive. Rooms are really small, sheets are not cleaned. Pillows are torn. Washrooms don't have basics too. They call twin room triple occupancy.

Bathroom Fittings , Card Insert for Power Supply & Electrical Switches are Broken , Water logging at Bathroom etc.

The bed was and the room was maintained clean.
I Paid for triple occupancy and the room space was very small for which they shouldnt charge a bomb 8k. Even if the room was small, there should have been proper ventilation which wasnt there. There were no windows to open to get some fresh air or ventilation except for the main door and also no exhaut fans in rest rooms. It was suffocating.
