I have no words to describe how beautiful this place is! My entire stay was an unforgettable experience. Starting from the way they welcomed the guest, welcome drink, the ambience, the beautiful fragrance throughout the entire building absolutely amazing. The staffs were extremely helpful, polite and professional. I will definitely come.back to this hotel and stay a bit longer.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Leela Hotel. The food was excellent, with a wide variety at both breakfast and dinner, and everything was delicious. The hotel is truly luxurious and beautifully located near the beach. The room was spacious, very clean, and well organized. The bathroom was large and luxurious, and having a bidet (shattaf) was a big plus. Overall, a very comfortable and high-quality experience

Normally we love Leela- this time was not stop jack hammers and construction over our room so it lost its luster was not relaxing. :(

Grandly decorated hotel with an astounding breakfast that ranges from European “pain au suisse” to Indian Sambar with half a dozen chutneys. Staff was always very gracious.

Area around the hotel is busy with traffic, and no notable sights to see nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice floral fragrance. Breakfast buffet is also wonderful.

No beach access. Views from one side of the property are very mixed.

Nice cosy rooms. Magnificent gym.

Too crowded, with guests and events. Noisy. It’s a menace trying to get in out of the drop off point. Bar was mostly closed for private events. They sell Cuban cigars but there is no cigar lounge. Buffet breakfast was pretty ordinary. Dishes were pretty ordinary for south Indian standards, plus being a 5 star. Service at the lobby bar was pretty slow.

Breakfast is the only area they really need to improve. They offer a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines, but unfortunately the taste is not good. They are top-notch in every other aspect, but honestly, the food is not at all good—except for the fruit section. The next day, we didn’t even eat breakfast, but we still paid for it. We ate only on one day, for which we paid, but after that we didn’t feel like eating there because of the taste.

Hotel had Opulent decor and staff provided an excellent service. Room was clean, very spacious and comfortable for 3 people. It had all required amenities.

Exceptional service by Front desk -Mr Seti(exceptional),Mr Bhadri-were polite and helpful and explained all my queries.Manager -Ms.Urvashi;And all hotel staffs -Spectra;Ms.Monica was polite Halloween was the main reason of my stay -For dinner I just visited the buffet and the decorations were amazing and spectra hotel staffs were amazing and I couldn't taste food to comment but the decorations were fab and sea food festival etc were really good.Swimming pool-the water temperature was maintained well than before.gym was amazing;I had amazing experience than before I would say my stay was well spent and worth it ...this time.

Tv in the room could be smart Tv like to watch OTT.Food in the breakfast buffet could be improved -in comparison with my last time visit the buffet was exceptional.Overall I've given 9 due to these reasons.

Best hotel gym I have experienced. The club room was really cosy and nice. The pool was great. All around great service, smiling staff.

My only negative experience was a guest playing his own loud music at the pool to the discomfort of many, and the staff seemingly not comfortable to tell him not to.

Luxury, stylish, perfect service,. We booked a club room which was definitely worth the extra money ( airport transfers, high tea, cocktails, breakfast in quiet area.

Room description said balcony, technically correct, but not accessible and sad looking

Staff could have explained us better of the facilities of the place and bcoz of which we could not explore much and also we got lost(finding room and places),and they dint accompany us for showing the room and then they offered us coffee when I asked about it as I kind gesture but I feel it was unnecessary... could have just showed us to the room and explain better of the facilities would have helped us.Too expensive but once in a while stay is very gudSwimming pool was really good but temperature was really warm and I couldn't stay for long.I was not told regarding Gym or Spa so couldn't explore.If not for all of this I would highly recommend the place and give 10 .Overall everyone and everything in the property was gud ... except for a few things mentioned above.

We loved the overall experience. Before checking in we were contacted by Adrija from the lobby. She made sure our check-in was smooth, took care of special request for my partner's birthday surprise. Our butler Abhishek was prompt and attentive. We had lovely conversation with Kumari in club lounge; she made sure we had a pleasant experience every time we visited the lounge, from comfortable sitting to the choice of drinks. Priyanka from restaurant and breakfast was very helpful -- I needed a safety pin for my dress; she stepped out and brought us a few. Overall, there was a personal touch and warmth in their service. We will definitely go back to the Leela Palace.

Wish the property had a direct beach access.

Clean and nice

The intercom Phone was not working properly, the mini fridge conked, the replacement fridge was big and occupied lot of space limiting room space.

Location was great. Best sea view in the city. Great food.

Loud music till 1:30 am
