The staff were very considerate and supportive. Knowing I had to leave early at 6:00 a.m. for my son’s hospital treatment, they packed breakfast for me beforehand. This was incredibly helpful and showed genuine care.

Property was premium and staff was excellent . They even allowed little early check in along with little late checkout . Rooms were well maintained and staff constantly checked on us . Breakfast was amazing as well . Overall a very premium and luxury experience.

Over all good experience. Though of extending the stay by one more night, but staff reported rooms are not available, hence reluctantly checked out...

We received a generous room upgrade. Esther from the front desk took excellent care of us.

The hotel is old. It perhaps need a renovation and refurbishing.

Food was exceptional

No wi fi available during whole stay. On first day, I noticed intercom not working that later on attended. But wi fi was useless with frequent disruption and couldn’t work.

Hotel location is great for people who are going for treatment at apollo hospital. just 5 min away from the hospital. breakfast was great. there are also many options to eat outside the hotel which are all very near to the property. the bar inside the hotel was great.

did not like the pool area. the pool could have had better views if it was a roof top pool.

Services was quite first.. staffs were really nice ?We reached early and requested for early check in which they arranged without any problem.

Room size is slightly small, bed was not so comfortable

INITIALLY I WAS NOT GIVEN THE TYPE OF ROOM WHICH I BOOKED FOR.LATER AFTER COMPLAINING,THEN THEY GAVE DIFFERENT ROOM WHICH THEY SAID THAT "UPGRADED".THE RESPONCE OF THE LADY WEARING SPECS IN RECEPTION WAS NOT GOOD.

The hotel is centrally situated with easy access to most places, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff try their best to accommodate most requests. The breakfast spread is average with mostly Indian food and limited continental options. It has a surprisingly nice pool which is well maintained with many additional facilities and a Cafe.

Over a 3 week stay, the AC was not functioning for 5 days despite multiple attempts to fix it! We were relocated to another room with a different bed configuration which was annoying for the rest of the stay.There is virtually no rotation of the menu for breakfast and dinner and after one week you have to find other options outside the hotel.On separate occasions the hotel ran out of organic shampoo and milk for Cappuccino which at this point we thought was hilarious and unheard of at Radisson.The most annoying thing was that we noticed after 10 days that we were being charged Rs 2000 - 2500 per day for baby food and when we spoke to the Manager, it's only then that they stopped charging us but at this point we had already been billed for previous days.The staff really try their best but when you pay a premium you expect the service and not apologies.

We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Chennai for 3 nights and booked two rooms for our family. The hotel is well located in a strategic and convenient area, with easy access to amenities. A special highlight is the Writer’s Café, a charming spot just a short walk away, along with several nearby restaurants that made dining out effortless.The hotel itself is quite spacious, giving a sense of comfort and grandeur. Rickshaws are readily available outside, making it easy to get around the city.What truly stood out was the outstanding service. A big thumbs up to Bala from the restaurant, Jayanta from housekeeping, and Nedun from the front office—each of them went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made our stay all the more enjoyable.Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays in Chennai.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast spread, which could have been more diverse to cater to a wider range of tastes.
