The room we stayed did not have a fan. When you don’t want an AC and without a fan it is very difficult.

We had an early departure scheduled for 6 a.m., and the hotel kindly packed breakfast for us. Overall, our stay was pleasant and satisfying—we left feeling happy and well cared for

The receptionist could have been more pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. I made the reservation shortly before arriving, and it should have updated in their system within 5–10 minutes. He asked me to wait 15 minutes, but even after 40 minutes, there was no update or communication. Strangely, there were no other customers at the desk, yet I was left waiting for 45 minutes without explanation. I eventually had to approach the reception again to check on my booking. This should have been handled more proactively—guests shouldn’t be the ones chasing updates

The hotel looked very pleasant at the waiting area. Rooms need some upgrades but the bed were comfortable and had a good stay.

The place was old and the rooms were musty. The Air conditioning was not working. Called the front desk. They had to change filthy filters in both rooms. The AC still wasn’t working in the second room. When I complained in the morning that it hadn’t worked all night, the maintenance guy apologized and said it hadn’t been turned on. Poor customer service.

I booked two in both the bathroom exit fans were not working which was very bad to use next person

A decently comfortable property in a busy area. The gym is well equipped for a weight training session and a full time trainer.

Could be a bit cleaner. Breakfast could have some changes through the week.

Room No 709 - initial reaction was that it felt like a smoking room. The stench was slight but, it was evident.

Excellently located hotel, with the metro and bus station right nearby. The hotel amenities were wonderful and the breakfast was delightful. The little jungle display of soft toys at the bottom of the elevator was a really nice touch.

Been my go-to hotel in Chennai for a long time, big room, good staff, decent room service food.

The hotel needs some refurbishment now

Helpful staff, open spaces and good location.

The blanket had not been changed. It had a terrible odour! The furniture in the room and the bathroom fittings are old and require upkeep.

Location wise. it's closed to malls and right thru the main road. It may be in the main road but it has reception area for cars so guests are not cramped on the road.

Options for breakfast buffet. More non-vegetarian option would be great.

Toilet and shower really needs to be change . Everything was beautiful there except toilet and shower

The food was good, the shower was good with hot water. The bed was very comfortable.

The room light can be brighter, no blow dryer and bathrobe was provided. If the two was provided it would have been an excellent stay.

Currently my go to hotel in Chennai, location is good, room big, room service food good. Overall the hotel is getting tired so maybe time for a change

With the exception of one lady, the reception staff were unhelpful this trip - just did not want to help me with my requirements for a taxi. One very helpful lady receptionist was there who arranged this for me based on her contacts - sorry, but I did not write the name down

I had a very bad experience with my stay I have booked for 5days 4night It cost me around Rm990 convert to India currency about Rs 21,861.00. And Front desk staff didn't ask me whether I needed a safe locker or not normally they would have in the room so I didn't ask the front desk.reached to the room and found no safe locker provided in the room . On the second day I left the room around 9.20am to have my breakfast and I went out and back around evening.i found my room is clean it seems I didn't ask to clean my room I check my cash which I kept inside laptop beg (Rm 3000) which I make it 3 buddle rm 1000 each the money is there . third day I out same time after breakfast and went out back to room around 2 30pm.around 7pm open my luggage to take shower and I found its been open and my belongings been disturb my mind run to my laptop beg I opened check my money and I found notes missing from every buddle.Rm700 Reported to front desk and manager call me around 9pm said will investigate but end of the no proper answer from management team even there is no words to convince me even no sorry really dissopointed .. Report lounged I will follow up until I get justice if no I will bring this issue to the relevant department...

wifi is unstable/unreliable/weak signal.Breakfast international items needs improvement.Water/juices should be served cold or with ice.Restaurant menu for lunch/dinner needs improvement for international food.Corridors needs maintenance.Bathroom is very old &!needs renovation.Electricity Blackouts.

The hotel charged additional charges Rs700 from the original booking cost of Rs 6,119+ per day. (Total charges per day charged was Rs 6,800+).

What surprised me was the additional changes incurred to me.
