Cheating by residency

The residency denied my booking when I showed up and I had to pay to them an amount which was twice than that of booking.com. The residency has later reported to booking.com that I didn't show up. I have reported to booking.com on this

Worst behaviour from reception

Rude behaviour from reception staff.. They are asking extra money to stay otherwise not providing the room.. it's double the amount than mentioned in booking.com.overall worst service and behaviour..

The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, offering a peaceful retreat. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

The food was too good and the room service was the best and the staff were good and location is good

The price mentioned in booking.com was 1400 for 2 days with AC but they are asking 1400 for a single day without AC and the staff was very rude , why you listed this kind of hotels will affect your reputation.

I had one of the worst experience I ever had Receptionist behaved like a Goonda He demanded double the amount that i booked initially Called oyo consumer support 4 times .Every time I call oyo, they promised me that they have discussed the issue with hotel manager and I can check in with same booking amount… But he was not ready to accept. He didn’t even allow me to sit in the lobby and even threatened me that he handle me physically. Friends, this hotel must be black listed..The manager cum receptionist s attitude was like a criminal I caution every one not to book this hotel

What is there to like?

This facility is a scam, I have reached the place and couldn't find the hotel, tried to connect with the number given and no reponses. They have prompt to collect the half payment as soon as the booking was done in your app. This is worst experience.. Exiting from Booking..com

The rooms are generously sized and kept impeccably clean. The friendly staff made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.

Location

Staff was very arrogant and no courtesy to customers. I was asked to cancel the booking by the hotel staff and asked to leave the place in arrogant way

The rooms are nice and clean.The hospitality is good and prompt service.

Breakfast was not provided. The location was far from metro but still it was a lively ambience.

The staff asked for money more than that of the online prebooked bill. The prebooked bill shows the total amount of Rs. 1770.87. But the hotel staff demanded Rs. 2000/- which I had to pay. Moreover it seemed the hotel staff have no information regarding the local area as where food is available.
