Location and beautiful hotel

Service is bad. Staff was to the point of being rude and service is subpar has to talk to manager about the isuues.

Loved this hotel!!! Its extravagant, the opulence was amazing and the hotel had this small nuggets of fantastic restaurants within them and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff were just amazing, friendly and helpful.

There was a large group who were staying made a lot of noise till late night, breakfast buffet was very crowded, items were not refilled in a timely manner. Could some variation in the South Indian breakfast

Morning breakfast queue , felt the space for breakfast area is smaller compared to the hotel guest capacity, there was a 20 minute waiting time although the staff handled it well

Breakfast spread excellent and best - little wait time to get the live counter items and for refilling several dishes. So plan your breakfast times according to the crowd. Cleanliness and location was excellent

Needs a complete refurbishment. The furniture has seen better days, the false ceiling is cracked, and the carpets are stained. The place feels tired it’s long past time ITC gave it the attention and makeover it so clearly deserves.What still redeems it, though, is the staff they’re genuinely warm and seem well taken care of.

Good location

I stay at this property very often . The quality has deteriorated and gets worse each time. The rooms look dated , dusty and filthy and feels used and unclean and the AC at 18 felt hottt . We had to ask for a fan . The quality of the food is below average too . Pull up your socks ITC . It easier to sink just like that . You were pathetic this time and the last few times and the icing on the cake was the receptionist at the front desk calling at 9 am to ask when we were planning to check out . Would you ask your guest at home the same ??.. pathetic to the core !

The check in was quick and the staff are all courteous. The ambience of this place is lovely. The in house restaurants are very good. The breakfast spread was very good. The room was good. The the lounge was comfortable. Had a very pleasant stay

I upgraded to a better room but I would have preferred a nicer view and a single room, not such a big suite but not cosy, no view.

Our stay was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were truly outstanding. Special thanks to Kamini, the Relationship Manager, for her thoughtful follow-ups and genuine care she consistently checked in to ensure our comfort and assisted with every aspect of our visit. We’re already looking forward to returning in the future!

The rudeness and attitude of the staff. The irony is it’s an Indian hotel in India manned by Indian employees—BE NICE TO INDIANS. Is that too much to ask? They are still under the colonial hangover. That’s all that’s needed to be said.

All good. dhivya front desk manager was soo kind enough and she was excellent in taking care of us. brk fst was good. we went to royal vega for the dinner, it was awesome. rooms were clean and neat with the maximum comfort.

i liked everything and ITC was at its best for the stay.

They delayed our reservation at Avartna by one hour, but they gave us complimentary cocktails.
