I booked one month before my travel and paid the rent in advance. But when i reached the property, they did not give the room. They says it is full. The i had to hunt for room with my family during very bad climate and took other hotel with hight rate. I asked for compensation to OYO for my loss of time, trobles, extra cost etc. However so far no positive response from their side. If this is the case how we can book a hotel and plan journey ?

Definitely not recommended for family. Family girls should avoid this hotel. And location too remotely to reach. They are not even ready to give water . And after reaching 30 minutes only they are preparing a room.No tamil staff is available

Location not convenient, no food nearby, place not clean, I cancelled my stay after one day.

After travelling for about 350km they declined room and manager said rooms not available, simply.

Waste of time .. they asked me to extra payment. Oyo fixed one amount and the property asked me a extra payment.. worst experience. Oyo plz consider the issue.. note : they not provided AC rooms .

Their is nothing to like full fraud and stupid people wasted my time. Still i confirmed them by phone call directly to the flagship residency because iam travelled to Chennai from Dubai. And they instructed me directly to pay money at the spot. After i reached their by believing them they told the rooms are full you can stay some other hotel. And their is no transpotation facility also near this flagship residency. Totaly spoiled my one day.

Totaly waste not trusted for international booking. I couldn't have time to fight with them. They are doing illegal business

When I reached the staff told the room is given to someone. Two times I went. I think staff sells rooms for people who are close to them and they are not fair

I booked this place and even made part payment. Firstly, it is located in an isolated area and When I reached there no one was there. We waited for almost 30 minutes, even called the customer care to get the property contact, they disconnected the call

It is worst and cheat to me because already approved for accommodation my schedule with amt but lodge manager collect more money and force to vacate within in 12 hrs so I feelll it is fraud and help to community resolve the problem No body go this lodge

First your try to ur tie up partners agreement/approved with consumer and try to accept it is professional ethic

It's not at all good the rate mentioned is not taken they demand for more keeping in mind that people with family shud not go anywhere elsePlease don't get caught in the scam

People who are traveling with family don't go there It's more of large type than an residency

This is service apartment, not a hotel. they are running illigal activities in this primises. Location also outside the city. There was no Restaurent facility in this apartment. Not even drinking water.I suggested dont go with this type of apartments with family, you will facing so much of trouble.

I have not stayed in the room when I reach the manager contact me in phone via servants he negotiated for more money beyond booking , when I say about booking he replied its not our problem go and check with booking site. So I went back to better hotel. The location also too interior you cannot go without any cabs.

We booked a room here in the booking and when we arrived to the place (we drove 4 hours to get to ther) they asked if we are only mans and when i said no there is a girl with as they just didn't let as get into the room.

Room fare they asked in higher price after check in. Big difference in fare even though booked advance and online. Suggest not to attract with lowest fare in online, during check in they billed higher. Very very bad experience. Location is very interior.
