Behaviour of staff so un predictable and dirty.

Good Veg options and Jain food available

Got some additional requestes confirmed / approved from booking.com, but they were not provided at the hotel.

The room was nice - no problems there.

While food was tasty and fresh the selection of south Indian cuisine was a bit limited on the day we were there. E.g. no poori, uppma, dosa.

Breakfast spread needs to be improved

Breakfast at Harrisons sadly has always been a poor spread. Service extremely SLOW. ACTUALLY VERY VERY SLOW. What I wanted not available

Proximity to different places of interest. Food was good. The team provided us with the room that met our request.

The service was OK.

The air conditioning was very bad, even after complaining, nothing happened, they couldn't fix the problem.

I had stayed with you earlier. Its high time you need to bring some renovation, especially washrooms and beds. Teh basic necessities

poorly maintained

The location of the hotel in the heart of the city is only thing I liked about the hotel. The staff is indifferent and not well trained. The food wasn't good, it was below average though they charge a fancy price for it.

location was good . highly convinient for any sort of business/hospitals etc.,breakfast was good . sambar is excellent. i took south indian food and it is excellent

i stayed for two days. i think blankets were not changed. but it is ok.

Toilet basin had cracks, bed sheet was torn, bath towels were were old, worn out .

Restuarant was super and packed. Very nice vibe and a great selection.

Scanning and photo copying services could be updated.

Price is bit more when compare with other Hotels. Need to work more in flooring and wash room quality.

Replenishments of food items was slow.

Rooms are comfortable with a good view of the city. The bed was surprisingly good - not too hard, not too soft - hence we got a relaxed sleep. The hotel is centrally located in Nungambakkam and hence most tourist spots were easily accessible. The staff were very helpful and kind in all situations.

Breakfast could be better. Idlis were awful, they were not even cooked properly. The bathroom does not have a wet/dry area separation and hence the entire bathroom gets dirty when one takes bath. They give you only two bottles of water per day, which is not sufficient at all especially in the Chennai weather. We had to order more water bottles on Swiggy to stay hydrated.

The AC wasn't perfect and the toiletries they provided were very sub-standard.

the rooms were excellent. food from dynasty was excellent

the quantity of food was a lot. the bathroom smelt when i entered but later that cleared up. though the bathrooms were small, the rooms made up for that

Room smelled of smoke. Was not asked if I want smoking or non smoking room. Arrived at 11pm, no room service available. Water from shower was not draining properly, bathroom filled with water after shower.
