The Staff Jasmine was friendly. Location is okay.

The room is not clean, pillow and bed sheets was very old and dirty. Floor mats wasn't cleaned and changed at All. Facilities is poor.

The hotel don’t have breakfast facilities nor a cup of tea . I have booked with breakfast including rooms .

Surprise to know after 1 hr of checkin - the hotel staff asked me to vacant room - as booking .com has cancelled my booking . I was helpless by 11 pm . I can never believe such quality of hotel owner.

There was nothing to like about the property.

It was so dirty and i couldn’t let myself into shower. The water was in brown color. It was a total waste of money.

Not clean, no windows, smells, insects and crawlers. Very disappointed with Booking.com for listing properties that absolutely do not meet basic standards! Will be very hesitant to make future plans through Booking.com

Rude Staff, Inappropriate Description & Photos in the Website, Cheating - Taking excess money for no reason. Unhygienic, Doors not closing, Smelly Rooms. Very poor facilities - No charging ports working.

The elevator was not working and had to carry the luggage for 1 floor but was not bad.

No clean, bathroom drainage came out, staff not good. Taking our mobile to give rating. AC not working properly. Totally waste of money.

Staff was very helping and even tried arrange me taxi in the middle of the night. Room was very spacious.

I booked this hotel for my relatives. The hotel staff were really nice. Specially Govind, who provided them complementary breakfast and also excellent hospitality. I will definitely recommend this hotel to people who visit Chennai. Another advantage is the location to US consular visa office.

Reception was good and the only advantage is that, It is very near the US Consulate.

The property was not at all clean. There were liquor bottles beneath the bed. Bathroom was not cleaned and there were no hot water. Towels were not provided during the stay. Drinking water and kettle facilities were not available.

Room filled with mosquitoes, No water in washroom nor in taps. Ac remotes nor TV remotes doesn't work. AC main switch is in corridor. After having conversation with hotel authorities they gave another room which was dampy and bathroom doesn't have a lock. Please dont book. Worst of worst hotel. They said they have 14 hotels all over South. God knows how they manage duping tourists.

Staffs guys are checking guest room personal things like bags and wallet while guest is away they are checking the room they are having a spare keys …i caught them doing into someone guest room …

Good Size rooms - fantastic convenient location and value for money for sure. Also there is personal touch in their interaction. Got calls within 5 mins of booking to understand when we are reaching etc

There should be some provision of drinking water

we dint get any breakfast there. the location was good but there was no faciolity for car parking had to struggle a lot

there was no hot water, the staff were very rude and not helpful at all and were arguing with us when asked for hot water. there is no proper person to take care of it, even though its near to the US consulate i would not prefer to stay at such an hotel. do not recommend staying at his hotel

Baa location shady .. dirty rooms without basic amenities.. very local staff .. over charged monies. Not for family at all .
