Loved the hospitality. Appreciate the staff- especially Mr. Suresh and Mr. Prakash during the breakfast, most important meal of the day, really made my days! The front desk and concierge services were at par, they were accommodative of a little early and late checkout due to genuine reasons.

I was given a room where I could hear the construction going on, they said I can change it when I want, may be could have given a room which didn't need to be changed at first place ?!

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself was great and well maintained. Close to important point of interests.

They may need to upgrade the plug points to use US chargers.

Restaurant staff were kind and attentive. I should have just come to he restaurant instead of staying.

At my check in the staff made me wait for 45 min. Was a little humiliating that whenever I would walk up the reception to check the status - staff sitting right next to each other would pick up the phone to talk to each other (acting at first as if there was a call) but then they would start giggling around and bantering while a queue of customers waited behind me. Very unprofessional. Nobody even explained me the amentities.Inside the room it was even worse - television sound system was not working except for just one speaker. Iron was not working. My window could not be closed. Also room is tiny and boring for a 4-5 star hotel.

everything is fine but for vegetarian food option is very less compared to other star hotels. They need to concentrate on Vegan foods also. Nothing is spicy everything is with less salt and less spicy i dont know why

Very small rooms and bathrooms and the front office staffs are lost and lot of miscommunication.

The Hotel is super clean, unbelievably comfortable, staff are so professional.The breakfast had a good variety.We heard that the spa in the hotel is one of the best we were had no time to try it out. will definitely try it on our next trip.Room Service was amazingi would recommend this hotel to anyone

Dirty room no Wi-Fi connection Annoying house keeping staff. I think they need to send their staff to Goa for training. Room no 301.Latter change to room no 421. Receptionist how come she dont know how dirty the room was. Just because I booked the room with booking.com. She thing I am stupid . just give dirty room for 20000 rs a night.

Beautiful lobby with mostly friendly staff. I loved the spa and the breakfast spread was amazing

I have paid for breakfast, unfortunately I could not have any during my visit due to work. the breakfast starts at 7:00

Curtains were falling off the rods.No USB charging points in the room.No epsom salts near the bath.Bed mattress has long past it's scrap date.

Staff were polite and always ready to help. The hand shower could have been better - we couldn’t place it in a position to have a shower. The bathroom towels were too big . Food was good.

The breakfast was simply superb with a good variety. Sadly I was vegetarian due to prayers that I was doing at that time. The vegetarian food was wonderful especially the "ponggal soru" with the "Gun Powder podi". I found the waiters and waitresses attentive and obliging. I must make special mention of Ms Ariva at the Front Desk who was not only professional and so friendly but very helpful and ensured that our check-in and check-out was such a pleasant experience. I would also like to make special mention of Mr Divaker who was in charge of room-cleaning at the 3rd Floor during my visit. My wife and I were so surprised to find an "Uruli" with all the foot relaxing spa ingredients to help soak our tired feet after a long day of shopping. Also the way he tidied up the room by arranging the footwear and our toiletries was just amazing. Kudos to them.

The only issue we had was the noise coming from one of the rooms at our floor which was undergoing renovations/repairs where there was severe drilling and knocking sounds. In such situations maybe Taj could have left the floor empty or provided a huge discount for those who were willing to stay with the noise.

I have appreciated everything especially the quality of your staff. I want to mention particularly Jasmin at the reception who is really very kind and doing her job in a very professional way. I will defintively stay with you for my next trip in Chennai.

Great proximity to our friend’s homes.The staff were EXCEPTIONAL on all levels. The renovated rooms on level 6/7 were spot on. Breakfast was great. Restaurant staff super attentive.

The un renovated rooms are mediocre. Disappointing after entering the grand reception area.

Excellent quiet room, great breakfast with plenty of fresh to order options and the phenomenal Southern Spice restaurant on site

Really nice pool sadly not made more of - okayish food and drink options there but pricey and not exactly a well served part of the hotel - quite odd really as it’s an asset
