They just refused to give the room to us .. we had travelled all the way with an infant baby and senior citizen .. We requested them to give us the room .. But they just refused by saying we have not made the payment (advance ) ..

Infact we did not get any payment link .. But even after I told I will give two times the money since it was late .. Even after seeing my baby , they refused .. This is a disaster .. I pray to god that guilty should be punished soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn’t like anything in this property.. rooms are not good not clean ..walls were messy so many scratches on walls not recommended for family

Tariff was very affordable. Room size was satisfactory. Room cleanliness was adequate. Access to room via lift was good.

1. The room was allotted without changing the bed linen. Even after evidence of the linen being soiled was shown, the staff had to be coaxed to change it. In the event, I believe they just changed the pillow covers only. 2. The bathroom was stinking. No remedy. 3. The water in the bathroom taps is salty. 4. A towel and soap had to be collected from the reception after reaching the room - since this appears to their procedure, it could have been handed over or mentioned while checking in.

Great location. Set in quiet neighborhood. From outside the building looks good.

Lot of discrepancies to the displayed photos to real presentation. Allotted room was small,messy, stinking smell, bed covers and quilt covers never changed. I have to question the reception person then he sends cleaners to clean. We waited half an hour to finish cleaning. At the end we got bit respectable place to stay. It was disappointing because of the attitude of front desk people letting the good place looks bad.

rude staff at reception. treat customers like badly.dont attend to problems and no maintenance. dirty bath room and linen. cigarette smoking smell in corridor and it seeps into room. tv did not work and staff did not attend to tv problem complain.

I booked 2 rooms from online but the receptionist didn’t gave me any rooms just because I came at noon..They were saying

I did not like the Way i was treated.My Booking was cancelled in the last minute and without Information to me.at Night 1:30 AM when i reached there , i was told that my booking is cancelled and was not allotted any room.In Night i struggled to get other hotels.

Unfair and disgusting hospitality.Disgusting attitude of the property owner.

Cleanliness and room service staff could not communicate in English or state language tamil. They only spoke Hindi.

Ac was fine. Location was fine.

Staff behaviour was super rude. They even asked me to go checkin 'somewhere else' when I objected to something. They turn off water supplies after 11 pm so no water.No bottled drinking water, no toiletries, wall paint coming off, unclean sheets.

Prime location and less than 500m walk from Metro and Bus stops. Very quiet location and safe residential area. The reception didn't do much, but didn't bother much either

The actual amount collected at property was more than what was given in booking. The calls and details came from Oyo , and no way to contact property before arriving there. The additional member cost is extremely high even for the prime area. Guest asked for water bottle , they said it's prepaid - inspite of agreeing they never brought it to room.

Easily one of the greatest hotels I have ever visited. I enjoyed how lush everything was. The bathrooms were spotless and the rooms were enormous. I had a very comfortable visit and stay at this location.

Receptionist behaviour very worst, she is treating the guest like free occupancy.. We are sick that time , she didn't arrange atleast hot water . While booking through booking .com , free cancellation , but receptionist told , she don't know about any details about booking .com. Application . They are telling their own rules . It will clearly mentioned means definitely will not book this hotel.

Except for the location.. this place is like a dungeon

1. Owner or worker who is arrogant as hell2. There is no room service, no hot water3. They don't even change the sheets and covers. There's hair and other disgusting stuff spewed all over the beds.4. Looks like this hotel's primary customer base is the "OYO room using youth". Families better to stay faaar away from this place

bed was not clean, it was dirty, pics we see in the site is no way close to the actual place like bed/pillow/bed cover all were dirt not even washed.
