"There was no small-sized table inside the room to work on, so I had to use the dining room for about an hour. If a small table could be provided in the room, it would be more comfortable to work while maintaining proper posture."This suggestion could help improve the guest experience for future visitors who need a workspace in their room.

The service and behavior of one Staff named Mohan Balaji, He is a clumsy guy a bit Psychic guy, who mis treats the guests.Its better that the management look for a young decent guy to replace him as manager to uphold the image of the hotelRest of the staff are good

I was very happy and very comfortable with the experience of the stay. I was very happy to come back again as the staff Mr Manish ( receptionist ) , Mr Moxie & Mr Hossain gave very delightful experience with the stay. I would rate a 10/10 for the hotel.

They cancelled my reservation as I did not pay in advance. They kept harassing me with multiple messages that I had to pay in advance. But Booking.com said to pay at the hotel.

They kept demanding for advance payment.

The room was clean and comfortable,value for your money.

The breakfast but it's ok because the breakfast is Indian breakfast and I'm not use to it.

Breakfast was great. Location was tough on side of a busy road but it was fine to order Uber taxi and Tuk tuks.

Place was good, comfortable and value for money. Balaji and Manish were friendly and quick with check-in at 1.30am midnight. Breakfast timing was 8am late for business training. Could make a change by 7am since 2nd day we had to skip and leave. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Overall stay was good

Liked the comfort and cleanliness. It was compact but a good one to stay.

Bfast options were very minimal. Was expecting at least tea or coffee in there.

The property was very Good, its nice property, rooms are clean and well managed, staff working there is very polite and friendly, Pricewise also reasonable, Breakfast is good only problem is the water coming in the bathroom is not good, after taking bath also you feel the soap on your body

Manager is very helpful but the room boy was not good. His response is not polite and very poor. During breakfast, he showed very poor attitude.

By Indian standards, the room is clean. By European standards, there is room for improvement.

The air conditioner doesn’t work. The shower water is warm but not hot. Breakfast consists only of Indian food.

Nice clean Room, complimentary Breakfast, Good supporting staff, MD. Nazor service is good at the Breakfast area, over all polite staff.

Too congested and loud noise in the night. People talking, early morning kitchen people making breakfast etc.

Non availability of food. On a too busy dusty road. Food hubs not near.

I didnt like the place at all. BedSheet not changed when guest checked out. Electtic socket they use one for all rooms. Too much mosquitoes. Toilet not clean properly. Room has dusts. Etc.

The room was very small. When my friend checked in, he was told that I had to go to another room first until the night he could get to the room he wanted to check-in. I couldn't understand their process at all. The front desk staff was not helpful.

We booked four rooms for three days but were disappointed despite the high online ratings. The day shift manager offered only verbal service without practical help. Our request for two single beds wasn’t honored, and the rooms near the restaurant were noisy due to loud staff conversations. Issues like a tiny water heater (15 seconds of hot water), no hairdryer, tissues, slippers, or windows, and a strong kitchen odor in the morning made the stay uncomfortable. Complaints to the staff brought no resolution.The only positive was the rooms were clean, and the night shift manager on the second day accommodated our dietary needs. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re okay with these issues.
