Location was OK .. AC was Ok ..Nearby area was not decent .. Only one thing is positive that airport is near to location ..

Cleaning was not done properly ..Bathroom was full of mosquito ..Floor was not cleaned ..was full of dust ..Only bed was clean ..

Not worthy for the money. By oversight, i booked the Non-Ac room. and 1800 INR with tax for Non AC room is not worth.

There were NO rooms, having booked latenight We were asked to go to another property of theirs about 2 kms away. I just left. VERY BAD EXPERIENC. I doubt the validation by booking.com probably needs to be avoided. Same with the previous booking too. but no option to inform or any support from booking.com

The staff was very help full and good behavior I love the way he treat my family .

The only thing I didn't like was the location there were no restaurents near the hotels

it is short stay less than a day. For the rooms it is high price

There is no breakfast. Location is horrible next to scrap bags. It is in the first floor climbing stairs. Flooring is bad.

Location is good and easily accessible to airport. But didn't get any North india food near by hotel

Booked Hotel location near to GST road for my father (75 yr old) for his easy access to nearby shops but he had been asked to move to other location few km away (Pozhichalur). Can't accept being told as 'Rooms are full near to GST road location' upon arrival though received confirmation in Booking.com earlier. Eventually contacted manager and asked to help my father for his needs which he did well and it is the only positive i can say in this stay.

They have cancelled my booking without any information to med stating that I have not paid any advance amount to hold my booking, since I reached late night (as informed of arrival), it was a tough job to look into a place for my stay. Unexpected and unacceptable way of behaviour by the property staff & management.

Room location is on main GST road. Easy way for cab, Auto booking and local Transportation, friendly staff. Cost is reasonable for this room.

Nothing like when we reach they said no reservations when they get them they said we can't give early morning room after 12 am, very bad experience and room also not good maintain.

I booked online to stay overnight to get the flight the next morning. Accordingly I arrived at 11am hoping to stay but the receptionist said although they have my booking details they don't have any rooms left as they had given it to someone else. With the help of the taxi driver I managed to get a room at another hotel. The taxi driver said this was the third time he experienced the same and wanted me to complain to the booking.com.

After the confirmation while visiting the hotel they are saying that all rooms are full(Even confirmation thru phone call) if you need we will arrange another hotel that is 4 km outside. So I stayed in another location that was very horrible.

Staff response and he is very gentle and humble and very helpful . Rooms also comfortable with affordable cost .

I actually didn't stay. Even though my booking was confirmed the hotel front desk asked me to take up another facility nearby at midnight as the rooms in the booked facility was occupied.I was reluctant.

I am not availed due to reach airport in the early morning.

Property location and staff approach is nice.

Very good location on the main road and only 3 km from the airport. Quiet place to sleep. Good restaurants very near the hotel that are reasonably priced.

I reached late evening and the guy at the reception spoke only Tamil and did not understand anything and was very rude. He connected me to another person over phone who was helpful. He booked a taxi to take me back at the airport early morning at 2:30 am but the taxi did not come on time and the night guy at the reception was very unhelpful when I asked him where was the taxi. I had to separately book a taxi through Uber and managed to get my 5 am flight in the end. The Wifi works well at the reception but not at the room where I stayed.

They asked more then the booked cost and no so good to stay
