The facility was very unclean and stinking. Since we had to stay just for the night and were busy, we didn't choose to shift; otherwise, we would have shifted. Most things were under construction/ ill-maintained, can't say.

The hotel stinks and looks bad from inside.

1. The location is great and walkable to the beach. But weekend traffic around the beach road will not allow you to enter inside the hotel street even bike. It took 2 hrs to reach the hotel by car around 8 pm.2. Food taste is good but costly. One cup of coffee costing 75rs.

1. The parking facility inside the hotel is limited, but you have empty ground outside to park but owners risk.2. The swimming pool is dirty and not at all cleaned. Bird feathers, cigarette butts, chips and snacks covers. After the complaint they didn't clean it. Don't expect a swimming pool, you can't use it. 3. The rooftop in the photos are excellent but reality is the direct opposite. Don't believe the photos.4. Room service is the worst. Multiple followups for water, towels, Ac remote. They won't bring food except food.5. The bar is not operated and it's closed long back.6. It's a heavy traffic area and No swimming pool, bar, parking, room service, but room price is too high. 7. Not recommended to anyone especially family ? .

Literally nothing!!! Everything was broken!! The whole building was smelly nd moldy !!! The rooms were worn out nd nightmare was the bathroom!! Oh god ill nvr go near tht place again

Breakfast was only after 9am. Had Sandwiches only. Lunch and dinner were great. The food is awesome. Expensive a bit nevertheless worth the money.

Well the entrance and lift was under maintenance. Could be revamped quickly.

My God It's under construction and whole buliding is ruined and not clean

The room was not clean. Stains on bedsheets and pillow. Overall no hygiene. Staff support is good. If anyone is travelling for parties then it is completely fine. The location is amazing, just a few steps away from the beach. But there's no beach view from the hotel room as the windows are tinted (White hard plastic matte).

Booking.com cheated smartly like these kind of cheap hotels

From start to end... I dont like anything... its was like yuckkkk.. big rat, bad smell, Full of bottles etc...

The property was under renovation which wasn't mentioned anywhere. On arrival we were given different rooms from the one's we had booked.

Location was near by the beach. But entire cleanliness has been tossed off. Cigarette smell everywhere.

All the photos put up seem to be very old and have little or no resemblance to the current pathetic condition of the hotel. It just feels like a skeleton of old grand days of this hotel. Every room stinks of cigarettes and curtains and sheets stink of moisture. The pool is not operational. There is really nothing to like about this hotel except the location which is lovely but the sheer condition compelled me and my family to look for alternate arrangements at midnight after an 11 hrs drive. Not fit for families.

Everything,no proper maintenance,room is filled with dust n ac not working , insect here n there building is broken n no proper door lock .worst experience.

Property was not hygienic, clean. It was not maintained. The furniture and rooms were stinking because of water seepage. When room was allotted to us, water was collected at the front of door. Toiletries were not provided.
