Beverly Hotel

Break fast area is run down, buffet trays are not clean.Location of the Hotel is good.Staff were very friendly and good

Room and bath room in run down state need refurbishing / Refurnition.

It's not a new hotel but reasonably well maintained. Had some issues with reception but they sorted it outOverall OT was a nice stay Morning buffet was simple and good and staff very helpfull

A guy in reception was a bit rude

Buffet breakfast, location, many staff helpful , comfortable room

Cleanliness can be better, one receptionist was rude, some room devices were repaired after we took the room. the reception washroom overflowed and place was stinking of urine

The location was what we wanted though it was a short stay so couldn't explore the suuroundings.The breakfast was excellent.The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The bathtub was old, could do with a more newer one!!!!

I don't stay, since Beverly Hotel rejected Booking.com reservation booking. I need full amount of Beverly Hotel to be paid me without any supporting documents.you can check with hotel why they didn't accept booking.com reservation. I had very big trouble during rain night staying in Dirty hotel due my booking.com reservation was not accepted by front desk manager of Beverly Hotel, Chennai.I called the hotel front desk phone number provided by booking.com in advance twice but they never pickup my call. Once I reached hotel they didn't not provide room.

Don't like, since hotel reception didn't pickup my phone to confirm my booking. I got very bad experience and trouble during rainy night getting other Hotel.

They have good south indian breakfast buffet. Its good for people who prefer indian food. International cuisine is not available

I didn't personally face any issues, but it appears that the hotel has a policy in place that restricts foreign citizens from staying. This was surprising to me, as I have only known about such regulations in sensitive areas like Lakshadweep or Andaman Islands.

The card machine didn't work; as a foreign national, I had to use all my cash to pay the bill.

Excllent location & pleasant & efficient staff.

The Bathrooms were not great. The old fittings must be changed for an efficient clean bath room.

We like the lobby area and the size of the room. Elevator & dining was also good. Food was very tasty, but expensive. Could have included more options for the breakfast.

Washroom size was quite small. Moreover the housekeeping was not changing the soaps as we stayed there for 4 nights. We used the same small soap which they provided us with the very first day, thank God we took another of our extra soap. If we told them they would've certainly changed it, but it should be changed often without saying. Other thing is the sheets & pillow covers were not washed, I saw kumkum on one of the bed sheets, so we didn't use it. AC took long time to make the room cool. Mini Fridge had a pungent smell and was not clean.

How to treat employees with respect. A customer-first customer service attitude.

There were several deficiencies in equipment. (Toilet installation is slanted, hot water does not flow in the bathtub)

Central AC doesn't cool the room properly We have to keep on reminding the reception to increase the coolness

Staff and service was good. The rooms are maintained in a clean condition. Food at the both the restaurants was good.

The hotel and rooms require renovation.
