This is a rundown hotel - rooms need a major upgrade to be a 4.5star hotel - and it also did not have the basics Room was dingy, view from the hotel room is depressing, The shower was clogged - this is a 2star hotel at best - would not want to stay the

Location was okay not problem at all. Since the Highway is under construction so that creates a little chaos.

Pricing on the Booking was very different that we paid at the time of check-in.

Toiletries could be better. The safe did not work.

I had a great stay! The room was big and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The breakfast was wonderful—delicious and had a good variety. Would definitely stay here again!

Tt might be more convenient and eco-friendly to have fixed wall dispensers for soap, shampoo, and body lotion instead of small single-use bottles. Just a suggestion to consider for future improvements!

The location was very convenient, the breakfast spread was very good and the overall service was very good.

The upkeep of the overall property especially the rooms could have been better.

Hotel was good except that before booking I called to find out if the fridge is there in the room. The person who picked up the phone said no. But I fact the fridge was there in the room. They also said they will call back when I called about the fridge. They don’t call back. No bath robe, no iron box, no hair dryer in the room. Customer needs to ask for it. They are charging exorbitantly for shuttle services. Gym was okay it can be better equipped, AC in the gym was not functioning properly. The foot reflexology is good. Their Food choices during breakfast, Lunch and dinner are very good. Staff is friendly. Their dessert menu is great.

Disappointing

Toilets not clean... Room cleaning staff dont do a good job. They keep forgetting the floor mats. Towels are smelly too.

The reception area features a beautiful entrance with a waterfall and lovely lighting. As a welcome bonus, we enjoyed free herbal tea for immunity, which was a nice touch during our stay in India. The pool area is tranquil, surrounded by lush trees, making it a peaceful spot for reading or enjoying a swim. The pool itself is very clean and a great size for doing laps after sitting on a flight for hours. Our accommodations were wonderful; we stayed in a beautiful suite.We had three meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was excellent, with a great buffet and choices at a very reasonable price.

We specifically chose a room with a bath to soothe our weary muscles after three weeks of traveling in India. Unfortunately, the water was lukewarm, and we could only stay in it for about five minutes. We thought this might have been a one-time issue, but the same problem occurred the following day. When we informed the management, they just looked at us blankly without offering any explanation or solution.Additionally, some of the tap fittings in the shower and bath were coming loose from the walls. The cracks in the marble had been poorly filled with cement, creating a rough and unattractive appearance. The thick, messy cement spilled over the beautiful marble, clearly indicating that the work was not done to a professional standard.Although there were about five hospitality staff members milling around in the restaurant, none of them came to serve us as we stood at the door. I had to approach them three times to get service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It became clear that they did not speak English, and the manager simply ignored us.

Nothing specific to say

Breakfast was good. Better than the complimentary breakfast in another hotel I stayed in the same vacation.

Bathrooms were average. Flush didnt work well. The sink was getting blocked. Shower head was rusty.

The maintenance staff - Vinothini and her crew - were very helpful. All of the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel itself was kept immaculate during my stay as was my room.

Hotel rooms were as bad as 1star hotel

Horrible stay, dark room, seepage and water Maris at room walls and washroom walls. Stiny and cracked WC. Spot at linens and mattress. Bad quality of foods, fruits served during breakfast.

Location is the main attraction but due to metro works it was difficult to manoeuvring car.

The hotel is under renovation, lift isn’t working properly, rooms weren’t inspected for curtain wall safety - fallen down when we have kid inside the room, no lockers provided, minibar and soft drinks kept empty, no closed parking for car, restaurant wasn’t having clean vessels have found some worm & got replaced it.
