breakfast was very good. Service was very good. room was clean Staff excellent. Front desk was professional and helpful.

Can't think of anything. Good hotel for the price. Location may not be to the liking of many guests unless they want to stay close to Adyar and the rest of south Chennai.

Very professional and warm treatment.The staff at the restaurant as well as the reception was kind and considerate. Surely will visit the property if at all I need to travel to Chennai again!

I always stay here whenever I travel to Chennai. Best place. Neat n clean and safe.

Ac wasn't working very well. Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly.Found small cockroaches running in the bathroom.

Varied menu for breakfast. Wholesome. The Airport, Central and Egmore Railway stations are all within 40 to 50 minutes ride, Guindy [IIT Chennai], Kalakshetra is nearby. The Thiruvanmiyur bus station and MRTS is nearby

Disspointed to this hotel

I check in about 12.45pm on 6 mar, however this is really bad experience for me. The hotel still under renovation, when we come out from hotel to room, the 1st floor are renovating, place is dirty and not safety at all.I booked 2 guest, however, they serve only one towel, 1 set of toothbrush, without comb, without shaver, without shower cap Also, didnt serve drinking water..This is my 4th time stay in this hotel, however, this time really dissapointed. However, the worst part is 1st floor renovating, it is really bad bad bad environment for guest.I m totally disppointed to Lemontree allow Key hotel to operate the hotel which is not safe for any guest…It is ridiculous….If u need the photo and video, i can send and share.

Spicy food. Late cleaning of rooms as very less cleaning staff to cover 30 rooms.

Maintenance staff was thorough, spotless, flawless.

It is just adequate neither a point more or less, though restaurant was expensive, gave value for money just upto a point of your last paisa and nothing more, which I suppose is enough. Mattress was lumpy, I was told that all rooms had lumpy mattresses and no point in changing rooms, so there.

It is in a good location… accessible to all public places

small disturbance due to renovation and the desk staff are not pro active to serve.

The renovation work is going on… but still they are allocating rooms which have huge noise and disturbance and they are least bothered about adjustment of rooms.. only their motive is to fill the rooms and lets face difficulties by guests so management can earn more money.

Nothing particularly great. Great location, though.

Room was dirty (first thing i saw when I entered was a cockroach), sheets were not clean, wifi malfunctioned (I was unable to login), AC fan speed was stuck at Low, there was a stale smell in the room, hot water was non-existent and even the water bottles offered were pint sized. Breakfast was edible but not great.

the rooms stink, dirty, beds are crap, staff is clueless, pillows are a joke…. stains on the walls, colour chipping off … need I go on?

Not worth it for the price. Facilities are below standards.

Torn towels. Cockroaches all over. Exorbitant prices. Poor front desk response. Poor room service.

Staff were really good. Only positive about the place.

The bed Linen, towels and shower curtains were dirty.After repeated requests to change also it remained the same.The pillow covers and bedsheets were torn in cornersFood is overpriced for the quality.

It was very unclean dint expect this from 3 star hotel we kept requesting for tissues no response.. we asked to clean toilet no response.. and toilet was overflowing..
