Nice and clean rooms, professional staff, good breakfast

Staff was great! Breakfast was amazing.

Beds were slightly uncomfortable.

Convenient location near the airport. Nice, large rooms and bathroom with fine wood details and amenities like robes and ironing board in the room. Helpful and polite staff.

My room had a musty smell. The hallway and the rest of the hotel did not have this smell so perhaps it was the AC filter. I didn’t ask to change rooms since I was only there one night but probably should have since it was bothering me during the night. I’m sure the staff would have accommodated. The windows were inoperable so I couldn’t get any fresh air in.

great airport hotel for an early flight. staff super accommodating, even pre arranged to deliver fresh coffee at 4:30 am alongwith wake up call. clean, convenient, super responsive.

restaurants only open 7 pm so we had early dinner from pool menu which was slow and not great.

Shaving blade given was of poor quality. For the money charged such things should be good or excellent. Gillette brand Mach 3 or Fusion 5 blades are quite cheaper these days and the hotel can buy it at discounted prices.Drinking water should be Aquafina or Kinley water. Water in glass bottles cannot be assumed to be clean. Instead of Glass cups go for plastic cups which are hygienic and disposable.

The customer service was excellent!From efficient pre-arrival communications, a smooth check-in (all prior arrangements were ready), walked me out to the fitness centre outdoor at night, arranged bfast food packs as we would check out for our flight before the buffet started; just overall a considerate and thoughtful team at Trident. Eventhough we only stayed for one night, we were very happy especially since we had a poor experience at another nearby airport hotel week prior.

Facilities-worth the money

Staff was Too artificial. We noticed that the foreign guests got more priority over us in our own country though we too paid the same rate

Sohini in Reception was most welcoming and helpful, not only when I came, but throughout my stay. Molly, one of the Chefs made sure my hard boiled eggs were fine perfectly, and even peeled, and ready to eat. Also, I was most impressed that Trident Chennai has bars to hold onto getting in and out of the bathtub/shower, along with a rubber mat on the shower floor. Most impressed! Thank you for that safety and care.

Trident stay was pleasant one. Visited Phoenix mall. Breakfast was delicious and it has other food option inside the MKC cafe. would recommend to stay here again.

Bath is little outdated compared to international standards, walk in shower would be a worthy options and to must do to compete with upcoming modern hotels.

The buffet in cinnamon was amazing and the rooms were comfy with kind staff everything was amazing 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ?????

Early check-in and had arranged a luncheon party at the restaurant and everyone helped me in organizing things for a small function for the newly wed couple. Went extremely well. The food was awesome. The guests stayed for almost 3-4 hours and even a kid wanted to see the pool and all guests around 13 people enjoyed your lawn and the pool.

At mid night my wife had to take the flight and we asked to take the baggage from the room 237 to the car, but no one came. Finally we managed ourselves. I don’t know what had happened with the front desk.
