Property is in a very good location , with reasonable amenities

Amenities need proper maintenance

No one present at 5AM to check out hotel and no response despite calling numerous times. No hot water in the washroom

Food was not much good in taste , Place & Amenities are ok

There is nothing to like. Everything is unlike. The stay was spoiled.

Everything. Start from entering to hotel and till the last min to leave. No hospitality, no hygienic, never felt to get in to pool. No hot water to bath. Bath room were pathetic. Worst experience. We felt to leave the property as early as possible.Not at all enjoyed the stay.There is no Maintenon of anything.

The rooms were big enough for the 3 of us.

The staff. Incredibly incompetent and extremely rude. No sense of hospitality or extending help to the guests. Especially the front desk staff Ringu and the manager Ashwin. When asked for directions to the hotel, they gave us the wrong location and led us astray 24kms ahead of the actual location of the property. Post which they just kept hanging up the call and tried to blame us till they finally accepted their mistake.

Hotel is maintained clean.

The roads to hotel are horrible even though the hotel is close to Highway. Hot water is not available during early morning hours like 5am. After complaining, the next day it seems worked. Not able to open window curtains to see outside view and therefore no natural light into the hotel room which is not pleasant. It is nice to have restaurant on site but the prices are high.

Breakfast was selective food of Indian type. I prefer non-oily Sri Lankan food like plain rice, sambal, and string hoppers. I suggest you provide the buffet food according to the guests in the hotel rooms at the movement.

Common male toilet near room no 2 was untidy and smelly. No proper ventilation was provided. Cleanliness was unsatisfactory. Please rectify those issues immediately.

restaurant service is not good ., too late serving and senseless serving by bringing everything at same time e.g ( starter ., soupy and main course very thing serving together ) we observed cockroaches & lizards in restaurant swimming pool is also not cleanno inflatables in swimming pool

The assistant restaurant manager Mr. Arora is a fantastic employee. Gives personal attention to each and every guest.

Location is totally isolated from the main shopping streets.

Roads to reach location

The location is good and the staff are courteous and polite.

Break fast menu and quantity could have been better. Some dishes were empty and after repeated requests, the food was replenished.Better hygiene to be maintained at the pool. Some guests were seen entering the pool with their normal clothes on and with out a shower.More car parking space is required.

Breakfast was very horrible.we were served with idly sambar where idly was cold and hard to eat.There was no other option to eat except bread which was worst than idly.Water melon juice was watery almost like water

Room no 4 bathroom was very horrible.any how they changed to another room.it was ok .It didn't have latch for the window.
