Star City Hotel

2 days family stay was the best experience for us. From check in to check out everything was so easy and pleasing. Our expectations exceeded by them offering the complimentary breakfast on both days of our stay on special occasion of Pongal. Staff, Facility, Cleanliness, Location everything perfect on this property. Very close to Pondy Bazaar, Shopping mall, Airport.Highly recommended.

Clean room, helpful staffs, nearby to shopping hub

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and comfort

breakfast is good. but the same kind of food was repeated every day.some variety is good

Hotel entrance could be kept bit more cleaner

Neat clean room

I request the receptionist to arrange dinner for me as I arrived late but he didn’t. It was possible by his personal contacts

Cleanliness, size of the room, staff

Value for Money, Good location! Staff are very attentive specially the receptionist!

NA

The staff is friendly and the location is very good,

i stayed in the room 308, there is unpleasant smell from bathroom, and the aircond is not really working properly, the TV remote need to really press it to operate, since i stayed only for one night, i didnt bother to tell them, but informing the rest to take note

Value for money! Very nice rooms for that price range! Great location. Staff are very much attentive!

We had a fantastic stay at Star City Hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was top-notch. The bed was very comfy! Had a good night rest. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What really stood out was the breakfast—one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. There was a quality selection of both hot and cold items, and everything tasted delicious. The staff was attentive and made sure everything was replenished. I’d gladly stay here again!

None. ?

Nice hotel, clean and spacious room, excellent location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Service was amazing. Will definitely come back.

Good bedroom.

The bathroom was not clean at all. Very smelly despite daily cleaning.

The stay was comfortable and in a good location

Poor wifi reception and mobile network too have bad coverage

Location was great. The cleanliness and room service was great!

The wifi was not stable enough to work without interruptions. I had to use my mobile hotspot. The air conditioning cooling to the warmth of the quilt/blanket didn't seem to be proportional. It was very warm inside the quilt but the ac wasn't cooling enough to be comfortable in it. So I was waking up at night and then removing the quilt to sleep. Was not comfy that way.

The room aircon was miserable, 19c and cannot cool the room has to use fan, and noise from the fall kept awake most part of the night

It’s in the centre of T nagar easy accessible to pondi bazaar, Panagal park and shopping centres in T nagar

The staff were incredible. Loved them. The apartments are clean with ample room and a large aircon. There is a refrigerator and a kitchenette with a sink.

The shower goes lukewarm very quicky.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They greeted us warmly and even assisted us in contacting the hospital to complete our appointment, which we truly appreciated. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making my stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant experience.

Everything was exceptional

Ambience, Cleanliness, Comfort, Friendly Staff. Location of the Property.

Every aspect is perfect. The Cost could be an inhibitor for a few.

Nice hotel, rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we were happy with the stay.

The bathroom does have a weird sulphuric smell but it wasn’t too bad. Room service was a little slow at times.
