Greenpark Chennai

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. For the price we paid(USD 150), the experience is not worth it. The room is so small, there is no couch and no table. We have stayed nearby Courtyard, Le Meridien and compared to them, this hotel is way under par.

The location is great

During rain the entrance to the hotel looks like a pond. 1 to 2 ft rain water

Nothing particular.

Excellent hotel near to Chennai airport. We roamed around Chennai in metro and metro is very close to the hotel. We even used metro to airport since it is direct connection. Excellent break fast with excellent staff. We also had dinner from the hotel and the experience was great. Filter coffee station was a big bonus.We will stay again

My recent stay with my family at Green Park Hotel, Chennai was truly an excellent experience in every respect. The hotel offers outstanding value for money, combining comfort, quality, and convenience seamlessly. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and exceptionally comfortable, making my stay both relaxing and productive.The facilities were excellent and thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers. One of the added advantages is the hotel’s close proximity to Vijay Nexus Mall, which made shopping and dining extremely convenient.Most importantly, the staff were remarkably friendly, responsive, and professional. From check-in to departure, every interaction was handled with warmth and efficiency, making me feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay.I would highly recommend Green Park Hotel, Chennai, to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality.

Good food. Amazing service. Allowed late check-out with no questions asked. Punit Kumar, the Manager, was exceptionally courteous and helpful, going out of his way to ensure that every detail of our stay was comfortable and seamless.

Excellent Hospitality from staff, comfortable property, great breskfast and dining options

Very good property with large entrance/reception halls and walkways to the room. Breakfast had extensive varieties of food options.

Extensively used bath room towels provided. Need a replacement period policy review. Bathrooms need a refurbish.

Staff were friendly. Attentive. Dosa, Pooris, Omelettes.

Breakfast had a great variety. Stayed for several days. Fresh fruit.

Cleaning outside the window in the executive suite room

Breakfast was good, in room amenities are fine.

Toilet exhaust fan was not working, due to this stinking smell was there always. Heavy drilling sound was coming from floor above due to construction.

Receiving from the entrance and reception all are good . Organizing the rooms in well manner .Breakfast provided is very good in taste and different option .

I stayed 4 nights in greenpark all was good except they were some renovation noise but when I called reception there was this man Akash who rectified this problem by shifting us to a new room it was much better and In restaurant their hospitality was good mainly Mr. Siva will be returning soon
