Very very very slow response to call request from the room..I have waited around 50 minutes to get ice cubes after calling twice to the room service and a last call to reception !!! It took me 3 calls and 50 minutes to get ice cubes ..

Great location for Margazhi, close to all sabhas. Very good breakfast. Staff is very professional.

The bed was too soft and caused back pain. There were smells of urine and mildew that some guests might find unacceptable. Loud dance beats from a function upstairs disturbed my rest one day.

Good quality hotel in a reasonably central location. Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast with many delicious food options. The room was clean and of good quality, with all the necessary amenities provided. Pub located at the premises was a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The whole interior of the hotel smelled of humidity. Swimming pool was not available due to renovation, and this information was not disclosed before reservation.

1] Breakfast selection was good.2] In-house bar was good = quiet. But very limited food choices.

1] Hotel refused to provide 2 keys to the room even though there were 2 of us staying. 2] Gym was locked and unattended. To get in you had to re-program your room key to let you in. But then had to re-program the key again to get back to your room! 3]. We couldnt get hot water in the room. Maintenance person came and said you had to run the water for 20 mins to get hot water. Seemed such a waste of water and it still didnt work. After second complaint a more experienced person came and said the Hot / Cold indicators were the wrong way round and you had to turn the knob towards Cold in order to get Hot water. If not possible to fix the pipes at least there should be better information and staff training on this.

It was value for money. Good location. Breakfast options were good.

My bathroom was stinking very badly through my stay. It was yuck.

Location was excellent. Easy access to uber.

Saw a dead cockroach in the shower stall.

Staff were very helpful and the facities were excellent and the location was very helpful.

I could smell someone smoking cigarrete in the corridor almost everyday at a particular point tim just before lunch

Not worth and an addition 1k is charged during check in. Room need to be checked before handing over to guests and not rooms which are used and dirty

Breakfast was excellent with a large spread and quality was very good. Room was well maintained.The Dining experience was very good

Excellent staff. People like Sai and Balaji (both in the restaurant) stood out in their courtesy and efficiency. From the Bengali person (forgot his name) who cleaned my room to the reception staff, I found only well mannered people in this hotel.Superb location.

There seemed to be some confusion about the discount cards that are given out to be used in the restaurant.The lady at reception told me specifically that it can be used ONCE a day (apart from the free breakfast that I had opted for). I met a guest from the USA who said he'd been using it more than once a day.On a couple of occasions wjen I had dinner at the restaurant I did not have the card but the restaurant gave me the discount anyway!Clarity and consistency on such things would help.

The location, although not central, was very convenient to us as it was close to where we needed to be.

When we first came in, we were greeted by an odd smell which I didn't like. Also, the lights were not too bright. The room was a bit dark. An improvement can be to add a bulb which the customer can have the option of turning off if they want.

Poor Hygiene - bathrooms were smelly. Power points are old and did not work.

The complimentary buffet breakfast had a fantastic spread. Mr Balaji at the restaurant was very courteous and respectful, making it a delightful experience.

The room we were given had NO VIEW. All we could see from our window was the wall of the next building, barely four feet away.The bathroom drain got clogged within a few minutes of turning on the shower and the entire dry area of the was full of water in no time. This should have been checked before our arrival.

the location was excellent, the staffs were responsive & nothing to complain , food was good.

The room in the annexe building that was given was cramped & with no view of outside & we felt really uncomfortable . The hotel made us pay before we arrived , so we didn't have the liberty to get a better room .
