- We reached at 04h00 in the morning and no-one informed us that the breakfast ends at 09h30. Reaching at 09h30, they said it's over. Please don't fool people by showing beautiful photos of the rooms, reception etc when the reality is completely different. The floors in the bathroom are slippery. Normal tiles. I slopped but fortunately I held the door.

Breakfast was very nice and every day menu was different. Receptionist and staffs were very nice and all were very helpful.
Breakfast was good with south indian spread but the coffee machine was broken.
The rooms weren't clean enough. One of the rooms shown to me was smelling of cigarette smoke. I had to change rooms because of that and the 2nd room was just a little better.
fell for the professional photos and the cheap advertised prices
damp, smell of insect repellent was overwhelming. my niece had a asthmatic fit… we vacated the place by 2 to 3 am and left

Safety and staff at front desk is good and helpful.
Too small room.Location misguide the Apollo visitors.The main hospital is 100 rupees auto rides.No kitchen,kettle or refrigerator.No view at all.Bathroom is very poor water blockage.
Day shift manager is very courteous. Addressed my concern quickly by resolving my issue. He is very polite in nature. Appreciate and thank him for quick support. If he could have been there at first.. My stay could have been a better one.
Night shift manager totally drunk. Made us to wait for more than half an hour to complete check in. Felt bad to wait at reception with family and kid during late hours after a hectic journey. (11.05 pm arrived, 11.40 check in) . His behavior signals negative attitude and felt not ideal for family stay. Also allotted a sub standard and stinky room and insisted that there is no alternative. Not at all good for family stay. Shown zero courtesy.
Breakfast was good and the location is also quite good. Since we came for treatment in Apollo Cancer centre this property is near our hospital.
