Loved the ambience. Staff were very calm and polite, quick to assist.

Loved the heritage style room. Felt very safe. Staff really friendly and helpful. Food was absolutely amazing ? Wasn’t expecting such high calibre gourmet meals!

Wedding season! Music was exceptionally loud and went on till after midnight! Place felt slightly past its former glory - a lick of paint and regular maintenance would easily revive it.

Very nice premises, well maintained, great food at the restaurant, very helpful, fun and friendly staff. Any request was directly catered to.

The heritage rooms are a little dark but have all the amenities and are very clean.

The room is very spacious. The bed is comfortable the staff are super friendly and helpful

The bathroom is small and looks all. The soundproof is not that good so you can hear the music from the bar every nightThe Wi-Fi works, but a bit slow

The food was great and the bar and restaurants were lovely. Walking around the beautiful property was nice. It's location good and close to the beach.

The rooms were old, needed new paint or refurbished furniture. It was dusty, and the doors were not well maintained and creaky. The mattress was hard and pillows also. The rooms needed a do over and were not comfortable. The bathroom especially needed a revamp, was very old and not very clean. The traditional look is lovely but it needs to be maintained and kept clean.

Property is located near to the city and it’s easily accessible

Food options are bit expensive. Very less items for breakfast

The service is fast and reliable. The breakfast was one of the best things here we looked forward to it every morning!The place is beautiful and the rooms are very clean :)

The flush wasn't working properly, there were mosquitos

It is a beautiful place with full of greens. Very relaxing. Staffs were kind and helpful. Clean place, too. There are modern restaurant and cafe' nearby. This is very near to the beach, but nearest beach is crowded and on the way, there are so many dogs. We took an auto and went to Neelangarai beach. It was beyond the explanation. So beautiful~ less crowd

1. It was pet friendly but after arrival they told me they are not pet friendly any more. They tried to charge extra for a pet. After a long time planation showing booking.com details about pet friendly, no extra charge, finally they accepted our pet without any charge. They need to update details. 2. They didn't give us a room that I booked, but gave me a room that is a bit lower category due to my pet. I understood the situation and agreed with them, but 1st day... I had to kill a cocokroach and chased a lizard out. 3. In the restaurant, some dishes were not available. Breakfast on the 1st day was very very few items. but on the 2nd day, food items were a bit increased. 4. Although their kindness, service was too slow.

The resort is built on kerala theme and beautifully decorated with picturesque view. Its lush green and calm place though in the city. We loved it. We even did our quick photo shoot wearing Kerala special outfits. It was amazing time and stay. Total paisa vasool!

The inhouse restaurant should have more items on the menu. But its fine and the food and service was super.

Great location, very quiet and a great place for us to get our bearings after landing in Chennai. Rooms are clean and spacious, resort is very nicely kept. Reception staff are super helpful, giving us joined rooms and letting us check in several hours early to rest.

The hotel has a lovely restaurant with a varied menu, but the service is really disappointing. I would have rated this hotel higher if the staff had been friendlier and more responsive/more polite.

Good location with very helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant was good quality and they run a nice room service system which was open surprisingly late which was useful for us.

The air conditioning would leak in the night and the first day we had no sheets on the duvet but these got corrected quickly by the staff.

Average, could be better.Ambience wonderful, When both windows opened, total satisfaction gone.Full of garbage and old construction debris. We were sitting in a closed environment, other than this good? .

The lawns were well trimmed. The good part of the property stops there.

1. No hot water in the bath.2. Very poor response to complaints that hot water was not available.3. The breakfast wasn’t great . The service at breakfast was poor.4. The passage in front of the room was dirty & cluttered with clothes drying and people’s footwear & underwear & mattresses 5. The shower curtain was plastered on the floor (extra long)6. Water in the bath area was collecting as the drain was probably choked7. No side table on the left side of the bed

The rooms and bathrooms were good, neat and clean. Good lawn space to play for kids.

The breakfast was below average. More than that the staff were rude during the breakfast. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone again.

Good comfort & cleanliness ,,delicious food,,but rates were too high..

Costly food,,even tea & coffee were too costly..restaurant opens by 11 o clk & till that unable to get tea or coffee..

Location near to beach, also greenery in property, well maintained lawns. Rooms are clean and big.

Necessary items missing from the Room, We had to call reception multiple times to get the items like hair dryer and bathroom slippers. Also we booked for 2 single bed Room but got double cot bed. The complimentary breakfast is disappointing.

Only the greebary and pollution free.

Customer service poor.No proper response for call Limited veg food and costly @restaurant.Not any one to carry even luggage even to booked room .Has to go out fit dinner.
