The staff there was friendly, helpful and understandable.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Dustbins were changed regularly. And they also gave us extra 30minutes to check out which was good gesture. Plates and cups were available.

Cleanliness should be improved. There were cobwebs in the bathroom. Water was smelly and dirty. The bucket and mug had a layer of dirt. We requested for a change. Still it was not clean. Doormat was very muddy which was spreading through the entire room. Bathroom doesn't have ventilation. Also the doors had fungus on them.

Everything including staff who could not speak local language..Badly maitained rooms.A/C was leaking..I extended my stay for half day and paid but they never gave the room for half a day..only 3 hours extra..Worst hotel

The stay was pathetic, nothing to like about.

The room was having persistent smell of cigarettes and it was not cleaned. In addition to that the air conditioner was not working so I was not able even sleep properly. After informing the room boy, I was changed to another room but in the new room also the air conditioner was not working. There are no water bottles provided, even soap and other amenities.

It was clean and comfortable. Bed mattress was very comfortable. Staff was friendly.It was extremely safe, which is a prime consideration for a solo female traveller like me. Facilities were good.

The towel was replaced occasionally. Could be done more frequently.

Not completely worth the money paid. Just about okay.

The air conditioning had the lower limit of only upto 24°c and that is too low. There should be two complimentary water bottles of two people are checking in. There was none given. I had to go down at the reception early morning to ask someone for water and I was given a jar which was then filled with cold water.

The rooms are very clean and tidy it is accessible and it could have been little lesser as we do get better place in the same price. They can consider to reduce a little

Room is very comfortable and neat. Staffs also behave very politely.
