Hotel Halez

Location & property is good

wifi connection is worst, it was not working only

Great service in the breakfast room. No problems with allocation of table and a good choice of food options

sometimes communicating with Room service was difficult because of my lack of Tamil and their level of English.

Fast check in, attentive staff in cafe, spacious room, bit old decor and furnishings, but ok for the rate jn the area

Iron board was in room, but not iron box

Bad

Booked for 2nights before one week but the property telling that they didt have any booking but i have conformation mail they didnt accept and i pay extra for breakfast too

The ambience was great with enough privacy. Not to be old school, but they had cute cute wall paintings that would definitely intrigue you if you are an antique lover.

Oh boy! No access to any subscription channels was definitely a downer for us. Normally connecting the Subscription channels to the Android TV was difficult as the TV couldn’t get proper Wi-Fi signal.

Rooms were nice and upkept.

The service is slow, staffs seemed bit rigid in terms of providing services, specifically baby food for my child. On top of that the food prices are extremely high for a hotel of this standard, that was completely unacceptable.

Total rubbish , people are awake all night , running around , and horrible room conditions

Poor condition of room

Place where the hotel is locatedStaff behaviourFood was greatRooms was fully equipped with daily needs

Rooms could be cleaner (found some stains on floor)TV was not working (not sure if the battery on remote was down)

There are better hotels in the same area. Too expensive for this old hotel.

Run down property, rooms not cleaned, got a room with dirty sheets and cob webs, had booked the hotel due to a dance festival. I do not recommend this hotel. It’s an old and run down property . Not maintained well.

Hotel location is very good, breakfast and service also great

Comfortable Stay. Rooms are tidy . Cardial Staff. We had a Delicious "Complementary Breakfast"—We had a calm and pleasant stay. Excellent location. There s scope for improvement of iBilling method .

Billing should be done error free.

Very poor

Poor management… I called the reception for key failure nobody responded properly

Location, hospitality, food

Room Interiors - rust formed many places within the room like bath room, room corners, floor carpet is stained.

Very Spacious, On the OMR Road. Nice Breakfast

Had dinner in restaurant it was not as expected. Food was not hot and taste was okay. They can definitely improve on food quality and taste.

Very good

Food is very costly and outside food is not allowed. Food is also not great with less quantity

I recently stayed at Hotel Halez OMR and found several aspects to appreciate. The rooms are excellent in size and offer plenty of space to relax. The restrooms are nicely tucked away, providing a sense of privacy that I greatly appreciated. The pricing is very reasonable for what you get, and I loved the two separate desks, which made it convenient for two people to work comfortably.

However, there are some areas where the hotel falls short. The staff were not very welcoming and didn't even smile, which made the overall service experience feel quite cold. While the services are passable, the rooms, despite their good size, could be cleaner. I noticed stains on the sofa, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the location is a bit of a challenge due to the congested area, making it difficult to get in and out.

For money it’s very good

All rooms have floor carpet, but very dusty and dirty, cleaning staffs has to clean the carpet s

Clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff
