Every thing was good. But I had a little difficulty in getting hot drinking water when I arrived at 23:30 Hrs. The hotels depends on the near by restaurant for drinking hot water. As I arrived late I could not get. A hotel should have its own arrangement for drinking water hot or cold!

I liked the location and the courteous staff, but would have preferred cleaning at our convenience, upkeep of bath fittings.
Close to the railway station.
Not everyone in the staff is friendly. They will harass you to clean your room even though they already cleaned it 2 days ago. Except the station in front of it, there is nothing to do next to the hotel. The restaurant under it is quite expensive (42inr for a tea).

Dressing table electrical switches not insulated properly in the backside. It can give electrical shock if touched unknowingly, which is dangerous for the kids. This issue is there in all the rooms.

The chap on reception was very abrupt and didn’t say please or thank you. Didn’t believe I had a booking as didn’t bother to check all his paperwork - eventually this was resolved.

Location and restaurant inside hotel
Rooms and services, had to pay early check in. over all the premises is not clean
Nearer to the station, the staff are polite, room is cleanly maintained and value for money
Close to Egmore Station and Egmore Metro, so it was easy to get around. Breakfast was included, the bed was large and comfortable and it was very quiet at night.
Nothing much to dislike.

Very worst... I booked in online but when i reach them they said all rooms are booked... Stupidity... Dont trust them.. Even i have twin babies with me they dont have any solution to my query.
