Hotel O J2 Service Apartment

First of all I didn't stay in that hotel. Reasons are:1. Property manager said that there is no booking for me.2. They accept online booking only for 1 or 2 days. Not for 9 days.3. Room rent they asked is too high I.e Rs.1500 per room per night. So the total rent for 9 nights 2 rooms was Rs. 27k, where my online booking cost including GST was Rs.12k approx. Why Rs.15000 extra.4. There is no lift. Being handicapped, it is difficult for me to climb stairs.5. Room size is small. No additional facilities like washing machine, kettle or iron board.6. No polite behavior by the staff.7. No parking facility.8. No free breakfast. 9. I got all these things with lesser price near there. So I moved to other serviced apartment.

I dont recommend this hotel, They are cheating . after reaching the hotel for Checkin , They are demanding more money for the same booking which i already paid , When asked why , They simply asking me to talk to Customer care and Denying to provide room. so I moved another hotel and I lost my money

Convenient location, rooms are cosy and comfortable, heating system is so good

The hotel staff were very friendly and my room was clean, the shower worked well and there was plenty.

I have booked room for the amout 950 but when I reached to the location they asked 2500 rs

Staff was good. Room was spacious. Bed was neat and clean. Overall this stay was good. Front desk office person was also very polite and cooperative.

Nothing ...the room is in the parking ...no privacy at all...

They charged me extra for the room and as the hotel is located in a secluded place there is no option for you to go somewhere else so you have to stay there...won't recommend this place ever to anyone ..

Food was awesome. Very Good Location and Neat and Clean Premises...well maintained hotel with big rooms. Check-in was smooth. Good food and courteous staff.

Beds can be more cozy and bathroom taps seem to be old and need renovation.

They asking more money they not even giving any booking because this is not a nice place please I will recommend you guys don't go there don't cheated from booking.com because the prices 700 then they asking 2000 rupees

We booked non-ac room and payment made through online. After payment person from hotel, phone to me and said that there is no non-ac room is available, only ac room available and insist to paid more money for ac rooms.

The staff in the hotel is not in a friendly way. I am today unsatisfied with the customer service provided in the hotel. The amount which is shown in app is around 900 per room but I have paid 2000 rupees.

Worst hotel that i have ever stayed. No towel, soap or water is provided. I booked in bookings.com for 750 and they charged me 1500. Bathroom was so dirty and the water was in mud colour. Water was full of sand, they have filled the tank with some cheap water. No power backup in this hotel. Tv and wifi doesn't work. The receptionist and attended was so rude and they don't understand tamil or English. Totally waste of money and I strongly don't recommend this hotel.

Bed sheet was not clean ,room was not clear ,from ac water is coming in floor my whole room looks like a pond and staff are rude they haven't provided any solution . So therefore nothing is happened for which I have to say nice

OYO 92468 J2 Service reception persons are very rood and not allow online payments, if we already paid they will asking extra money otherwise they are not allow to bord the rooms simply saying rooms are not available, if we agree to pay extra amount they can allowing, bills also not giving to us

Peaceful locality

Service is not as expected. Didn’t change the bed/pillow covers and towel. Found no lock to the room which we stayed. The bathroom door was stuck and hot water tap was broken. Over charged than the listed price.
