Got scammed did not get a room there

Worst hotel, never even try.. u will upset. After seeing pathetic room situation, we moved to other hotel and mid night.

Nothing is good, even no water,

Very bad rooms, Foul smell was experienced in lift and did not use lift afterwards, Donno how this hotel got such a high rating, not clean, water was dripping from A/C, no access to open the windows to switch off A/C, Staff were rude and charged higher amount than list while booking the room. Woke up in middle of the night as Power Fluctuation was and there was a disturbance in the room. Very very bad hotel.Will not recommend for any category of People.Donno how this hotel got such a high rating.

Just location

Room, bedsheets, floor was sticky when I entered. No towels, no water bottles , mentioned breakfast included but there was no service like that.

Booking refused after payment

Booking was refused at 4.30 AM in the midnight and we had to search for a different hotel at that time. It was also raining heavily outside. No choice had to leave the hotel as they cancelled without prior notice.

I didnt like anything about property

Not clean, no hot water and not a responsible receptionists

Location is convenient for US VISA.Wifi worked fine whenever power was there. TV and AC worked

- Dirty rooms- Dirty linen- Towels/toiletries not provided- Dirty water leakages in bathroom- Power cutoff multiple times and once for 4hours. No power backup- water supply in bathroom is very erratic. It wasn’t there at all some times. At other times it was barely dripping.- spider webs in room-no ventilation in room- Staff is lazy and simplest of requests has to be done many times to get it done. Only Mr. Sharif is professional and courteous.

Rating is fake. If they will give free then also you can,t stay here. Room is like store room having a lot of garbage kind of stuff. I know it. Is impossible to believe but this is a reality. Second thing is dont believe on booking confirmation.I observed that after reacingg there they are saying booking is not confirmed and they will ask extra money in cash.

Horrible experience with the rooms.... how many times I requested the guys for good room and toilet.... allotted rooms AC were not working.... they changed the rooms... now geyser is not working... toilet seat is broken....water trickles in the bathroom, washbasin no water, corridor area is so dirty....bad mistake that I took OYO hotels. I vacated as the family is not comfortable with poor accomodation despite paying the required amount for 2 nights stay.

Drop it from your listing. The hotel is not clean at all. Very poorly managed. In fact it was not habitable at all. The pictures are extremely deceiving. It is nothing like what's shown in the picture. The rating is fake too. Such a place cannot receive that kind of rating.

Rooms and feeling is like entering a lodge near to railway station, smells like sewage, the booking was made including breakfast - however after reaching and taking pre payment, they informed that breakfast is not even served and there is no kitchen in the property. There is no OYO branding, I had to book alternate hotel as this was not even worth sleeping for a night.

Front office staff dont know how to behave with their guests. Room is not cleaned. Fans are not working properly. TV was not working. Water was not coming from the bathroom pipes. Not attendant available for any help.

Unfortunately there was nothing to tell except it was a rat hole like room , totally unclean, unfriendly receptionist, no name board, broken and dirty toilet and the entrance filled with dog shit and other left over food.

The location, dirty access and there is nothing to admire about the property and totally unprofessional attitude of the staff. Plus they are charging higher amount than agreed at the time of booking. Although I have booked and paid for four days with a penalty I checked out within 10 hours of checking in and nobody from the property never even bothered to ask me why I am checking out. I have even lodged a complaint to the GST and IT department about the unpleasant stay and not issuing a bill after paying to the property’s QR code.

Not worth for the money. Room was stinking , pillow cover was giving foul smelling odor , completely untidy ..They couldn't provide a towel as well ...I seriously regret the experience.

Rooms r not as same as displayed in the picture. It's all cheating. Bed spreads were dirty. Worst behaviour of the staff . No humanity There is no inhouse restaurant. But they have breakfast included. I booked with breakfast but it was not provided neither they refunded the money.

Room is not clean. Very smelly the moment you enter. Photos shown while booking is not at all matching with real room. Bed sheets and Pillow covers are dirty. One Towel provided which was dirty. Bathroom was ok. AC is not working properly. felt hot through put the night. No action taken even after complaint. While booking it says Breakfast Included but it was not provided. Staff says raise with Customer Care. Definitely NOT for families.
