the room no comfort. no hot water. no clean. i am booking price and room price different high.

Disappointing

It's a scam property. I did booking through booking.com for 567 rupees but they asked me to pay 1000 extra because they don't value online booking. Even if I had directly gone and booked it would have saved me 500.

There is nothing to like here... Staff have no hospitality and did receive at arrival and charged another 700 at check-in

I didn't like anything. They are cheaters. It is in an awkward location. There is no contact information. The facilities are very poor. The staff is very adamant. They further asked more money. I really hate that place and will never suggest it to anyone. It is a shame to keep that property in your list.

The hotel was at a good location. staff were super-helpful. check-in was really well. Highly recommended.

Quick check-in process. The room was clean and bed was confirtable Very polite and professional. Loved the stay.

staff was really helpful and courteous I had a very pleasant stay great and close to everything. Regards going every time we walked in

Room size is very small hotel had taken 350 for providing same deluxe room on 3rd floor. he said it is super deluxe but i could not find any difference in room size and other things.

Ac never has to do things as needed

I am not able to think of anything that we like.

- We were moved to a different property (1 km far) because there was no room- Had to change rooms 3 times due to some or the other issue (ex AC issue, flush issue)- Charged extra (300) for AC- No electricity for 2 hours- Construction/drilling sound- No blankets were provided

avoid booking here!

inspite or booking 3 weeks in advance and confirming in person 1 week advance, we were told that we could not be accommodated at the last hour. we went to check in at 10 pm and were in for a rude shock. imagine our plight with small kids.

The staff will make a big fuss if you had booked online. They will reject your booking and then you have to talk to customer care and sort it out.Washroom is dirtyBedsheets and Covers are not cleanNo housekeeping even though you stay for multiple days

Nothing, It was very bad. Horrible experience.

I waited for 1.5 hour to get the room. After that also they are charging extra charge for early chek in.Staff was very greedy they just need money.For AC they are charging extra even if it is included.They have not given water bottle, towel, soap etc.Hotel condition is extreamly bad. Things ture into nightmare when there was Lizard ? and cockroaches ? in the room.Were not able to take any pictures as I was terrified.
