Apollo Court (Apollo hospital,Sankara natralya, US consulate

No hot water, staff was arrogant. I booked for 2 nights but due to lack of facilities, checked out after staying a night.

The studio where we lived was spacious for the price.

There were lot of cockroaches. The place is located in a congested area. Had trouble in car parking and area is not clean

Staff were friendly and room was clean. Restaurants are near by. Toilet was clogged but staff fixed it immediately when informed.

Location is very congested. Room were also very small. If you keep one suitcase, then no space to walk.

Location

No car parking,,no hot water, no enough water bottles, initially they will show small rooms which will fit for one person. Untill we complaint they wot show you the actual room wat we booked .rooms show in photos and directly are complete different.small rooms

Housekeeping, cleanliness, ambience

No access to taxi, small room....no facilities for TV or mini fridge, difficult for family to stay

Liked everything, the reception guy was super helpful, room was clean, washroom was neat and clean, had wifi, and so on

Actually there is nothing to unlike about the property, apart from the rooms were too small in size for 2 person.

LocationNatural Lighting in the roomFood order from ZomatoRegular cleaning

The cleaning staff was a bit less professional, Kept knocking continuously. More politeness in conversation was expected. We have to ask several times to get our daily refill of coffee, tea and toiletries. No water bottle is provided, water refill was done using a normal jar, i.e. unsealed water.

Polite Behaviour and good service from staff.

Utensils were not so cleaned.Gas service stopped in morning for 3 hours. Later it came.Bedsheets were changed only after requesting. But Hotel Manager was helpful.

Location is good, all CNG drivers know the name of the hotel.

There was uncleaned stuffs. Blankets towels should be cleaned properly. No toilet tissues in the toilet!

Location is excellent, Services are good, good and responsible managers, clean and tidy rooms, every day cleaning and maintenance is good.

No hot water in bathrooms and slight dampness in living room (may be mold due to poor air circulation).

Located near to the US consulate. Staff sitting in the reception was very helpful.

Rooms were not that clean.

Clean and neat. Persons good.

Didn't change towel and bedsheet after one day.

Nothing except WiFi service nd location.

Behaviour of staff. Size of room. Cleanliness. Bathroom shower. No provide small furniture like tea table. I hv injured nd bleeded to my right leg through sharp edge of bed due to narrow space. This type of room should be best for single person. Overall very bad nd poor experience.

Good

it was mentioned I would have a balcony in the description of the hotel. But when I reached the location the staff replied by saying that they have never provided a balcony to their customers. So why was the balcony mentioned if the hotel didn't have any? Please keep in mind the minute details

Bad

Very dishonest hotel management, who denied rooms just couple hours before check-in even after booking rooms a week in advance. They don't mind about not providing room for advance booking and didn't try for any alternate arrangements. It is difficult when you travel with Family and aged persons when you see such unprofessional hotel management who doesn't understand importance of advance bookings.

Location is closer to good eating place Sangeetha Veg, property is clean for untidy and narrow lane street. Difficult for big vehicle to enter.

The staff is slow and often skip cleaning the room and bedsheets. It gets dusty and we got dust allergy afterwards. Also surrounding is smelly when you open the window. The rooms are tight fit but was ok since my father could hold something always for his shaky walk.

Excellent location , Specially very convinient for US consulate work ( Bio-metrics , Consular iNTERVIEW )

Parking facility is an issue .. For Guests atleast Bottled water to be served instead of filter water.Tea / Coffee shouls be available for immediate requirement within Hotel.

I could search for food from other restaurants

size of the room was too small .Bed sheet and blanket looked badnot upto the expectations.

Horrible staffs and dirtiest rooms. No facilities. Not even a single bottle water they give. Most dirty location.we can't even arrange a bed coffee.Dirty manager and front desk staff.

All dirty blanket bedspread bath towels. Non cooperative staff.very dirty road.Hho! Horrible.
