You have charged me breakfast & I paid during booking.Hotel person has not served me breakfast

The room was nice you have all the required stuffs like TV, AC geyser etc. it was clean and hygienic.

Reception is closed at 8 and nobody is available when needed.No drinking water is provided by the staff.The rooms are very small and not worth the money.

On the app it showed 5 km away from airport. But by road it felt like 10 km. It would be nice to have accurate info about distance on the app.

No staff at night, nobody answers calls in the reception. In case of emergency no help at all. Room was visibly clean but a lot of crawling insects were sighted in the room and bathroom

The staff was really wonderful. They helped with many things. There is a lovely lake that you can walk around with lots of greenery. Perfect for getting some exercise after a long plane flight.

Somehow mosquitoes kept getting into the room. The location is on a very busy street with construction on one side of the building. It's loud. But if you were earplugs, you can hear it. It's more of a local neighborhood so there's not as many places to eat. Also, it mentioned breakfast, though There was no breakfast available.

Pleasant

It is an economy Inn, ok to stay for a night, it is far from the airport. Front desk was hard to find. Parking is there but very small.

Nothing much. Bit clean though. There were mosquitoes throughout the night.

Rooms, Bed, Staff, Parking were comfortable! Special mention about the fragrance - smelled divine while entering the hallway!!!

No Breakfast, Tea/Coffee provisions within the facility

I was booked hotel but there was no food facilities.I was requested to cancel but they refuse for cancellation and refund.

In My opinion people should not book the hotel through booking.com.They are not having good service and support..

Location, Room setup

Room was very small.. and while booking in booking.com it mentioned breakfast included but actually its not. For the money paid could have provided some more toiletries and kettle atleast for maimg hot water

The room walls and floor was clean and new. Bathroom mirror is very high you can just about see yor forhead. They have fitted a pub toilet corne washbasin under the corner mirror ? The bathroom unfit even for a single man travelling alone. The room boy behaving like a thug asking for money down payment 10 minutes on entry in to the office. ( not the receptionist) Had two days of upset stomach (Loose motion ) due to a rotten king coconut which I ordered through the room boy.

We decided to choose this hotel for the second time on the way back as our previous stay was very pleasant. Last time we lived on the 3rd floor, this time the room was on the 1st floor. Except from the things mentioned in dislikes, everything was good.

It was noisy at night as the road in front of the hotel was being repaired. There were mosquitoes in the room and a bit clogged sink in the bathroom.

Very nice hotel, we had really pleasant experience staying in this hotel. Arrived early morning, staff helped with accommodation, for extra payment we checked in right away and were able to get rest after a long journey. Cozy, nicely decorated, quiet place. The room had necessary facilities: fan, AC, hot water, towels and soap, comfortable bed and pillows. Nearby there are shops, mini market, small kiosks selling fruits, juice, coffee. If you go straight from the hotel, you can find a lake, along which it is nice to walk on a hot day. Clean and safe surroundings.

Friendly manager at reception, but he must be new as the room boys seemed to run the place as they just did what they wanted regardless of customer care.

- Blood stains on white sheets. - Room boys calling the room when I was sleeping about an unnecessary query.- Very loud music sounded like a rave in the room next door that continued until after midnight.
