Rooms on the front are noisy from the road below. The balcony door on my room did not shut properly so the noise was worsened.

Early check-in was challenging despite providing ample notice about our arrival. For a hotel with a 5-star rating, accommodating this request shouldn’t be too much to ask.

Her in-depth knowledge, patience, and willingness to tailor the itinerary to our preferences were highly appreciated. Thanks to her guidance, we had a smooth and well-organised trip, enjoying the historical wonders and coastal charm of Mahabalipuram without any hassle.

Thin walls. Anything you speak on this side, you will be called and complained for speaking out loud. The reason is thin walls or bad sound proofing. Did not expect this from a 5 star hotel.

only the room ..the staff ( front desk not the greatest)

when I booked I booked including breakfast. However the hotel denied me breakfast during my stay stating that I didnot book breakfast. Manager promised to look into it but never did and ignored me throughout my stay.. shocking

The room was not cleaned properly, taps had stains, pillow covers had stains and both pillow covers were torn, Iron box was dripping water. completly unacceptable from a 5 star hotel and inspite of informing the staff at the facilities, the lady instead of being apologetic and changing the linen was trying to defend ! I would not visit nor recommend anyone to this hotel next time.

New property, spacious rooms thoughtfully furnished. Large swimming pool, long enough for lap swimming. Exceptionally delicious breakfast buffet I thoroughly enjoyed. Very kind, attentive and welcoming staff.
