Booked the room for two persons. But denied entry saying that the room is only for 1 person.

I booked the hotel room with AC and agreed the price, but when I reach the hotel they said the price is without AC, and demanded double the agreed price for an AC room, then I did show them the confirmation of hotel booking from Bookings.com but the hotel didn't care and blamed Bookings.com for the error, the hotel didn't respect/honour the Bookings.com's confirmation of the booking. So I had no option and paid the double price for an AC room. Very unprofessional.

I booked rooms are not available when I reached at this hotel park inn. Worst experience

I reached on time as mentioned on the booking ticket time. But they do not accept this booked tickets via booking.com. I am faced with a lot of problems at night time with family. Not sure what is the purpose of this pre ticket booking process. Worst experience in my life ?

Very bad experiance

First of all when I reached the hotel they simply denied my booking from website and said this room is not available at this price .. so I have to book on spot with higher rate .. the room was devastating, bes was for single person .. room size was so small..very bad experiance

Worst place to stay ever. Booked through booking.com and they didn’t honor the price. They charged more than what was promised. We booked ac room with double as it was me and mom and what they gave us was a single room with single bed without ac. Room was extremely poor in condition, stinky bathroom. And the staff was arguing with me for booking standard room and demanding me to upgrade it. Telling it’s my fault for booking standard rooms and the business has to run so I should upgrade. We went to the hotel at 6 am with prior arrangements and I didn’t feel safe to go and find another hotel at that early hours as 2 lady travelers.

They didn’t provide the room on the rate mentioned in the booking.comThey charged 2000/- for a A/C - Single room.Other facilities are ok

Room was spacious. It was a family room. The room service guy Ismail is very helpful.

I had booked the room through this app. I arrived there in the evening. They said that they gave my room to someone else as i came late. They did not even call me to confirm if i was coming or not. Neither did they message me inquiring about my arrival time. They purposefully gave me a higher priced room saying no other room was available when infact Booking.com was still showing availability of other rooms.The old guy who sits at the reception is not cooperative at all. He is very rude and mean. I think he only wants to give rooms to family and not to solo travellers.Bathroom was very stinky and gave sewage type smell whenever you open the door.

Disappointing

I was booked hotel in 999 from your website but when I was in the hotel they charged me 2000 and takes 2000 from my side. They were not communicating properly also.

Damn dirty, no towel, shampoo, soap, hot water. No room service, no telephone connection. Room advertised on the web are not available and offer different rooms which are double the price

Rooms published on the web is not available. Offer to take the next available room which is double or triple the price. Some more sounds rude, you may take it or leave because there are people waiting for it. No towel, soap, shampoo provided except water.

The place, atmosphere, calm, everything was near, good staff, very humble and gentle the most liked was everywhere Bible verses and the Bible was kept in the room it was really a Blessed place. We will be visiting again very soon God willing. Thank you. God Bless.

Tap water was slightly leaking hope by this time it would have been rectified.

Don't Expect.

I didn't stay here, after booking at site and went to hotel, the reception told 2 people can't stay in the room which I selected, but in the site it was mentioned double occupancy. The way he responded also rude. There is mismatch to the info on the site and actual room. Don't know whom to blame. Hence reviewed all amenities poor.

This hotel scams to tourist that they say if you book non ac that hotel is full no room available of non ac then they force you too stay in ac room which will cost you extra

I booked a room with a cost of Rs.999. When I reached the property the receptionist mentioned that Rs.999 room was not available and only Rs.1700 room is available, even though they accepted my book of Rs.999

Rooms are clean but small beds. at booking time shows non ac rooms but once you go for taking room they will aonvince to ac room. Small beds and they could not provide towel , soap etc ....
