The location was great. The room was cozy and clean. Above all, the hotel staff were all helpful, friendly and accommodating.

There’s nothing that I don’t like about the hotel.

Breakfast was good. Good location.

Maintenance is poor in all respects

I liked the room and the location because I needed to go to Apollo.The towels were not looked after properly. The food was not good for Western people with lighter and less spicy food needs.

Wifi service was very poor.

Staff including the housekeeping are very friendly.

There needs to be more cleanliness. The property is lacking routine maintenance.

For night dinner Idli / Dosa items were not available. That also could be included ,Tariff is bit higher only. Being a KTDC Hotel , if rate is reduced it will be very comfort.

Breakfast was good & healthy

2 lifts are old, one was not working & another was not so good. It is high time to repair the lifts. Otherwise accident can occur anytime.

Good house keeping, friendly staff, good views from the windows, clean room, good food.

Limited entertainment- only channels that requires payments to watch. Some light maintenance works here and there but it didn't bother us too much. Need to use 2 lifts to get downstairs was a bit of an inconvenience.

Room fare is 3920 for one night, checked in at 7 pm but was asked to check out at 11 am next day, complimentary breakfast not much items, cock roach seen in room etc.,

All staff very rudely and disrespectful. Breakfast same thing every day. Overall we are very disappointed with staff and management’s. Rooms are smelling bad bathrooms are broken bed sheets dirty. Front desk staff don’t have manners to talk to customers. We don’t recommend to use this facilities.

its location is awesome. if anyone comes to chennai apollo hospital for medical purpose then it is the best option. Their food was great. their stuffs were well behaved..

Friendly staff. Free parking. Reasonable cost laundry. In the heart of Chennai. Reasonable price compared to all other hotels in the area.

This place could do well with some new bath fittings and shower curtains.

Breakfast is good. Location also near to my office.

I have booked one King size bed, but I have been allotted as 2 small beds and said that I have booked it for couple. They did not change the room, although I have informed and requested the same at the reception. No proper response at the reception.

The only thing I have liked about the property is the location and the breakfast. I went with my father for his treatment at Apollo Hospital Greams Road, its only a 2 to 3 minutes walk from the hotel. And the breakfast is complementary, I liked their breakfast.

The condition of the room is not so nice, this is a very old building, the door lock was not working, we faced problem opening the door lock, the floor of the hotel room was very bad, the wooden top layer was coming off from the surface, and there is no wifi.
