no breakfast, good location.

Dirty rooms, not clean and very smelly. Not worth for the money, they force me to pay the money in advance before even checking in. no enough staffs, not worth 'zero' value.

The location is closer to shops but not closer to any restaurants. Swiggy is the option. No coffee available in the room

If you book contact them before you reach.else they will cancel and deny booking

Without contacting us they have cancelled the booking and denied room

Breakfast was included on Booking. Com but was not provided. They said it was not included.

Good location

My stay was disappointing due to the poor quality of the room, which felt unclean and poorly maintained. A strong and unpleasant smoke smell permeated the rooms, Additionally, the bedding was inadequate. I cannot recommend this service apartment

Room was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall a good experience.

While booking I booked with breakfast. but booking at apartment showed without breakfast.

Nothing much. Aircon worked well.

1. Credit card not accepted 2. Dirty linen3. Refused to serve breakfast. So I had to make own arrangement. 4. No toiletries provided except one very tiny cheap soap. 5. Unfriendly and non co-operative staff6. Surrounding of the room was filthy. Cleaning materials like brooms, buckets etc were kept outside the room and reception area. 7. They had no restaurant and even for a cup of coffee one has to go outside or order online paying extra money as delivery charges.

All to dislike. Dirty and dim room. Used water bottles. No amenities. Appliances not working properly

AC not working properly.no proper staff.. no security to open or close the gate ..I had to get down from the car, open the gate, park and again close the gate.. no toiletries provided.. no shampoo, nothing I liked..

Size of the room and it's location

There were rats running on the top. And the floor was sticky. The chair given for the study table was very dirty and with strains.

Spacious room and good environmental around for exercise. Good staff and clean rooms

My room didn't had a shower and proper refridgerator

Bathroom door broken , no mirror, was not provided towels as they were all in wash apparently, other friends who had booked and paid didn't get a room.

Horrible place, extremely rude manager, Mr. Rajkumar

The manager, Mr. Rajkumar was rude, condescending and doesn't know how to treat his guests. He took double payment from me and my guest (who I had booked the room for, for an occasion). He called and harassed me on my wedding day and I was thoroughly shocked at how a hospitality service professional could behave this way and speak in this manner. Please take appropriate action against this person and delist the property from the franchise, because it is doing the popularity of the franchise no favours.

Nothing. They took advance payment, gave a confirmation and then cancelled the booking. Very unprofessional.

I don't no about food I only booked a room for 1person It was a quiet place no disturbing.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Rooms are very spacious and clean are very helpful.

the Manager, not enough staffs, no tv, abnormal charge for early check in inspite of advance information given and the charge of breakfast for a very simple breakfast and cleanness and maintenance of room and bathrooms is very poor.

The stay was very good and very and comfortable food and Service it had a very good and the lobby is very grand and Good Food and Services We will recommend To friends and Family also
