Hotel O Harma Residency Near Jazz Cinemas Luxe

I wanted to extend my room stay for 4-5 days and even showed them website, but they directly refused me and I had to look for another hotel. They only given rooms to couples for 2-3 hours, which is completely wrong. They clearly told me that even if I booked trough their website, They wouldn't be able to provide the room.

After reaching the stay, the room was't clean,the dustbin was not emptied, the bathroom was not washed,very poor maintenance,and no wifi. Very bad behaviour from the room service, though the receptionist was kind enough,the room boys were not the same! Soiled blankets,when asked to change they said they don't have blankets after making a complaint they were changed! Didn't expect this from bookings! Very bad experience!

Good location, nice facility, and professional staff members.

Reception was responsive. Nice, clean and big size rooms Facilities and cleanliness were good. Lovely experience. Bathroom was hygienic.

they charged me 500 INR extra than the actual price at the property, while I have invoices from booking.com and oyo for under 862 INR the amount they charged was 1539 so almost double than the listed price.

Deceiving people regarding charges

Actually we booked & paid infull at the time of booking. At the time check-in charged extra 683/-

When i reached, though manager was having my details, he denied check-in. There starts the story. He asked me how much u paid? I told the amount, wherein, he denied saying that floor price is chargeable, and u need to pay the difference. But anyhow, i managed to check in.very stupid manager..

Manager is charging extra money. If at all, he doesn't want to offer discount price to customers, then why did he enliste his property in hotel sites.most of the hotels ate doing like this. It causes an embarrassing situation where u are bound pay the amount whatever they demand...

Good lighting

The staff were very unresponsive. I was asked to pay the full amount of money without any deductions on the bill even though I availed a coupon to pay. I was not allowed to check in until that. They bugged me a lot to borrow my motorcycle.

Rooms were stinky, no towel, bed sheet &pillow covers used one and dirtiest.worths zero paisa. as per your brand name it was worst. you should refund the total money.

No breakfast, no tea, nothing

After booking and paying the amount of Rs. 1142, 3 days earlier and informing booking.com about our arrival time, Manager said no booking. Later he took another Rs.500 and gave room after half an hour at midnight. We vacated at 8 am. Oyo said they will refund. For Rs.500 Manager did not give a receipt also.

Room size is big and spacious,mattress provided is worst,water supply is poor,not provided drinking water.

Not maintained properly, cleanliness is worst.

That Property owner speaks very rude, and asked pay more otherwise don't stay here, like owner and manager said i paid extra 250 to stay i don't have any other option, Please don't show like type of properties. Worst ever experience.

The room was acceptable and clean and we found that the room facilities were of acceptable standard. The property did also provide parking as was confirmed by email by the Property through Booking.com.

Although the Reservation through Booking.com confirmed that the Property accepted credit / Debit cards and that Breakfast was included, neither of these were provided by the Property. It also appears that Booking.com reservations are not accepted by the Property (Astonishing!!!), and I had to show a separate email from Oyo Rooms, to inform the reception staff that I had a confirmed reservation. At the time of checkin I was informed by the reception staff of the following :1. The Rate in their system was Rs 2,500/- and not the rate of Rs 1,836/- as per Booking.com's confirmation. I had to argue strongly with the reception staff and show emails from both Booking.com and Oyo Rooms to force them to accept the rate as per the Booking.com confirmation. I was extremely disturbed by the casual attitude of the property staff to a confirmation from Booking.com. They also informed me that I should have booked the property through Oyo Rooms website and not Booking.com, something I have never heard before.2. The Property did not provide Breakfast inspite of Booking.com's reservation confirming that Breakfast would be provided.3. The Wifi at the Property was not working.4. The Property did not accept Credit / Debit Cards inspite of Booking.com's reservation stating that the Property accepted Card Payments. I had to pay cash at the Property, and the Property refused to give a receipt for a cash payment, stating that a message showing Receipt of payment would be received by me on my mobile within half an hour. It is now the end of the day and I have still not received any message confirming that I have made the payment to the Property. KIndly note that I have made cash payment of Rs 1,836/- as per Booking.com's confirmed rate to the Property and have not received any receipt for the same.All of the above completely soured my experience at the Property, inspite of its facilities being acceptable.

Very pleasant staff members. The hotel staff's welcoming style is quite wonderful and special.
