disappointing

Delayed checkin, we arrived at 3 pm, inspite of it, rooms were not ready and had to wait for more than an hour, AC temp is not controllable, sink doesn't work and thermos and TV does not work on either of the rooms, inspite of multiple calls, they were replaced very late, i will never ever opt this in future.

Staff and food

The toilet had an issue with the flush not working had to request to have it fixed atleast 3 times

i did not stay for breakfast

high rates, poor room, very bad cleanliness. Toilet was very bad.

Too small rooms. Substantial time taken at the restaurant.

The worst experience of my life

Front Dest is not at all interested in welcoming guest. The worst experience of my Life. No any services even NO BELL BOY IS AVAILABLE. We can ledger the dis-likes. This hotel to shutdown

Room was comfortable and clean.

Would’ve preferred a bigger shower area

Ibis asusual is a standard and well maintained hotel. Good hospitality. Good food, and good ambience..

But for this price, breakfast should have been complementary which nowadays is a basic requirement.

Staff where good enough to listen to the complaints and tried to resolve them but still it didnt help.Duty manager tried their best.

1. Handing over room procedure waiting time is too long.2. During summers AC temperature is set to standard 24 which doesnt even make sense, which made the whole stay not comfortable.

Good had a grey stay with ibis ms Akanksha and Sonali Kritika was very kind and helpful love the stay thank you

Amazing

The location was good.

The room had another door which was connected to another room. It was locked. But we didn’t had a peaceful time coz we’re more conscious of the door…

Decent variety in breakfast

50% of the food wasn't filled up and empty. Long wait time for refill! Very Understaffed for the crowd present for breakfast. Tables are not cleaned on time.

Clean room, comfortable cot, decent interior.

Bathroom space is small. Restaurant taking too much time to serve.

Bad

The bed was not a proper queen-size bed. I was given a room where two single beds were joined together.I experienced body pain while sleeping and felt very irritated.I would never recommend this, and it has been a lesson for me to be more careful when selecting a room.

The staffs behaviour is excellent. They will help us 24/7. Nice environment

The room and restroom are smaller compared to other hotels at this budget

Front office staff extremely busy sometimes they don’t respond on time , food order was delayed beyond time

Cleanness.

Very inefficient staff. Order placed reached very late in spite of my repeated calls. Avoided calls.Cost saving cannot be by inefficient service . Needs major improvement. .

Ibis need should not hire rude and unprofessional reception staff and kitchen staff.

I am allergic to certain gluten and dairy. One lady staff at restaurant keep insisting access menu from qr code and Majority food dishes with gluten and all dishes contain dairy. The lady staff was rude and unprofessional. She didn't want to hear me out .She stop picking up my phone also. I was very sick and hard for me to go out to eat. Ibis doesn't allow ordering from outside. I spoke to manager and he was trying to help me but because of rudeness of lady staff I wasn't comfortable ordering room service . I was scared off my food is not going to be according my allergy.

Everything is amazing..

Gym equipments need to be taken care of...extremely small gym. No fridge & no safe in room.
