SKM REGENCY offers a guest experience that is largely defined by cleanliness, comfort, and well-maintained infrastructure.The guest room was pristine, thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable. The bed, mattress, duvet, and linen were of good quality and maintained to acceptable hygiene standards, allowing for adequate rest.Bathroom facilities were clean, well-ventilated, and properly maintained. Towels and amenities were neatly arranged, reflecting the hotel’s emphasis on sanitation and upkeep.Dining services were satisfactory—clean, organized, hygienic, and well-prepared, with food quality meeting expectations.However, a serious and unacceptable lapse occurred in service behavior, specifically involving Mr. Riyas, whose lethargic attitude, lack of urgency, and unprofessional handling of a time-critical request caused significant inconvenience. Due to his inaction and failure to respond responsibly, I missed my scheduled flight, resulting in stress, disruption, and financial loss. This incident reflects a concerning lack of accountability and time sensitivity that does not align with basic hospitality standards.While most staff members demonstrated courtesy and professionalism, this particular experience severely impacted an otherwise positive stay. Such negligence can have serious consequences for travelers, especially business guests and those with fixed travel schedules..

They charged me extra. Cancelled my booking on booking.com and charged me more than what it showed on booking.com

Staff attitude

We took first a suite room which is equal to a star room class! Absolutely stunned with room size, cleanliness, very spacious, smart tv, free wifi, sound proof all positive of the room

- Property location is very very bad, you cant walkout in the evening/ night, very bad urine smell, disgusting garbages, drinkers around. - Rooms will not be cleaned until you checkout- No amenities

Keep extending the favourable comfort in terms of money and easiness. Your approach to the customers is very good.

Explaining the beauty of Chennai and culture in hindi is appreciable.

The location of the hotel is very near to Central metro. The staff were also helpful. Also the rooms were maintained neat and clean.

Location was very near to Chennai central railway station. Equally near to Chennai central metro station as well. Haven’t availed any of their breakfast option. They allow us to order from an external restaurant. I had food using zomato and they allowed it.

Room size is bit small. Could’ve been bit better for the price they’re charging.

The property gave my room to someone else without consulting me. I booked the room for my client and his friends. When they reached the hotel, they were told that the room has been given to someone else. I lost my client and damaged my reputation.
