i like the staff and cleanliness.

They didnt allow us in staying inn

I was booked the room on Friday they was not allowing us in

Rooms are clean. The place has good access to food and nearby markets. Breakfast is decent. Staff were very helpful worth it.

Disaster

Parking space very bad,Dirty towels and pillowRoom cleanness is horrible

Nothing was good about the hotel. People were not helpful. Place was eerie and dirty.

They came knocking on my room door twice early in the morning. 5.30am & 6am. Very eerie and the reason they gave was not right

Location is ok but it’s too far to all shopping areas.

It’s not clean enough at all. I took the room for one night but I had to pay for 2 days due to my flight arrangements.when we arrived there we felt that the room hasn’t clean or changed bed linen after the previous use. That rent the rooms for couples for hourly basis and for the next customer they don’t do cleaning.bathrooms are awful Rooms and the bathrooms are very small ( room 8x10 feet and bathrooms 5x4feet)it doesn’t match with the images shown at the booking.com

Bad. Had to checkout next morning.

Taps were leaking in washroom and AC was leaking on the floor. Room was not clean. Standard hygiene was not maintained

Very average. Not suitable for family

Property is not value for money. Toilet door lock was not working and no hot water. Toilet was so dirty.

Good location, peaceful stay.

Price was higher comparatively

Staffs are so good and quite accomodative whatever within their controls

The photos in booking.com and descriptions bit misleading. Even when friends and colleagues paying a visit, not allowed and need to pay as a additionalBreakfast is way basic like a bentoboxThe weather is so hot and the aircon was not at best. Even after staff helped to call tecnician result same. With such a hot weather, this needed ao much

Staff were very helpful

Restroom cleaning is bad. Beds were not clean. and breakfast provided was not up to the mark.

Below Standards

I dont know where to start. Its summer in Chennai and the 2 rooms allotted to us had a very noisy AC. Later upon request, we changed the room. The room was nowhere near perfect. The property smells like cigarettes and alcohol. The bedding provided were not clean, the blankets smell like cigarettes. The floor were dirty. No towels given. The washroom floor and walls had scales built up, dull lights, fitting would have felt on my head, thankfully I survived. How can I forget cockroaches. I lost trust on online bookings. The worst part is, they asked me to consider their property in Bangkok after this horrible experience.

I liked the hotel because it was located in a convenient way to access all places. The room was good and worth the price.

We stayed for a week and there was no room service during our stay. Even when we requested it they didn't do the needful. Hopefully they will look into this and do the needful for the future guests. Except for this the rest of the guest service was quite good.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Always helped and trued their best to solve the issues.

Hotel maintenance was not very appreciable. There were cement stains on the floor, sheets felt not very clean and fresh. Door handles didn't work well in the bathroom, A/C didn't work. The staff changed our rooms multiple times to find a room, where the basic things were somewhat working. Definitely, I got deceived by the "perfect looking" pictures.

Not valuable for money

The pillow was dirty and damaged, bathroom was not clean and no shower get available there, the room was not much cleaned.

Big rooms

Terrible location. Felt unsafe

Nothing. Very poor experience

The Electricity Leakage is all over the wall from AC. We were very uncomfortable to stay in room due to the power. We didn't switch on the AC due to the electricity leak. We entered the property late at night (after 12 in the night) and were very tired also so we couldn't raise any complaints about the issues. The bathroom is not so clean and the Bucket and mug were worst in condition. Looks so nasty. Very worst experience. I need a refund.

I don’t like anything

Dirty , slow net , dirty washroom

Good price and friendly staff

Basic room but what we expectedArea a little down trodden No breakfast
