Not worth for a pleasant stay, very difficult to reach them from outside unless you have their direct contact. For every queries they asked us to contact the corporate team. Airplane lands Juston top of your head, it was a nuisance the whole night. There is no restaurant inside the hotel it is bit of walk from the hotel to reach a decent restaurant.

1. No lift or elevator. For old people it is very difficult to climb the stairs to reach the Reception counter.2. No kitchen in this hotel. They bring food from outside and therefore only limited items at limited hours can be ordered.3. Room size smaller than most good hotels4. Not value for money..

Humble Staff and quick responses!Located at Main road :)Auto rickshaws readily available.Nice bar at Radisson Hotel about a km away!

No lift from ground floor to reception desk!Need to carry our luggages by ourself up to reception desk by climbing about 18 steps...No bellboy also at entrance!This is a "BIG MINUS" Point for this location Hotel. Management Shall look in it!Luckily i had one only, so managed, if you have few heavier luggages then think of the situation yourself!Lot of stray dogs in front of hotel, which is scary especially during night time :( Management Shall look in it!

The price.

Inconvenient - Front desk service poor- No toilet paper in toilet - 3rd rate hotel. No elevator climbing the steps with luggage was difficult. Disappointed. Will never book any FAB hotel anymore - not worth.

I was scared to go to this place. From outside it looks so bad with broken architecture and dogs. It's scary. I wanted not to stay there. Inside it's nice but outside and the area is not nice.

Great location and food. Basic room and nice from the airport no soundproofing Cost 500 IR taxi from airport to hotel .uber back much cheaper

I received many emails threatening to cancel my reservation even though it had been confirmed and I had the confirmation number and pin from booking.com. When I arrived, they had no record of my reservation! Even when I paid for a second stay in cash and still received emails asking me to put down a deposit… very frustrating!!!

Location since We needed a place to stay for the night close to the airport.

Little noisy since it’s close to the highway. Facilities were not so good - AC remote was not working properly, bathrooms not properly maintained. Towel has stains.

Breakfast was simple and decent, however could be more on time

The room could be better. It was smelling, and we were directly having a parking at our window which was left open to welcome mosquitoes, and noisyHand towel was not there, nor toilet paper. The soap was very strong scented. The kettle was broken and also the heating coil malfunctioning.There's is scope for a lot of improvement

Affordable hotel close to the airport, perfect for spending a night after or in between flights. The staff accommodated our difficult arrival time (4am)

Humid inside the room we were in, the bathroom could have been more tidy

Exceptanely explant and smailling service, write from the manager mr.subash, mr.pritiviraj, all roomboys with special mention of sanjay, we booked for oneday but stayed on because of Subash

The rooms were good & clean, access to nearest metro was a huge plus for those flying in to Chennai airport. Decent breakfast

There is no lift & the reception is on the 1st floor. This is a concern for those with heavy luggages. Wifi was very poor in the room I stayed in, almost non existent.

Excellent location, clean and well-maintained property, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. Overall, it’s definitely worth the money spent.
