Great ambience, large rooms, basic ameneties, clean rooms, food from restaurant good, overall good for business trips.

Location was nearby to the wedding attended

The hospitality provided by the staff, particularly at the front office, was disappointing. The personnel exhibited a lack of experience, insufficient warmth, and an unprofessional attitude, which, unfortunately, reflected poorly on the overall management of the establishment. Even the staff encountered near the elevators failed to offer a simple smile or any form of acknowledgment.Moreover, the room's cleanliness left much to be desired. The bed linens and covers were visibly stained and had an off-white hue, suggesting they were not properly maintained. The towels were noticeably aged and worn. These shortcomings certainly detracted from what should have been a comfortable and welcomg stay.

The location was great with good eateries, juice corner, banks and supermarkets nearby. However, for the price the hotel was not worth.

The interior was a little old. Bathroom and sink tap had salt deposits. Bed was a bit rusty. No channels in TV work without subscription.

Being in close vicinity to Apollo Hospital is the most important thing. Food menu is limited in size but not the taste. Good food and in particular breakfast. Tea lovers may be disappointed.

Hyegine and cleanliness are the areas which can be reviewed by the management. Staff though courteous and helpful don't greet you with open hearts.

1. The AC of the room initially given was not working. The staff did not check the room before offering2. The room was adjacent to a conference room. Large noises of Mic testing started at 6:30 AM. Extremely annoying as sleep was disturbed. No respect for guest's comfort.3. Staff started reminding me to vacate the room at 11:45 am well before the check-out time.4 WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY in Hotel M Stays

Huge spacious rooms very neat and clean

The rooms are big and comfortable. They are clean and well maintained. Location was decent for our purpose.

Staff is very unprofessional. Also, basic breakfast takes 1 hour to prepare. I ordered for 1 plate for ready fruits and 1 glass of milk but had to leave the hotel without breakfast as they couldn't serve despite 1 hour time being given.The staff also was hesitant and reluctant when I requested for a GST Invoice. I had to strongly request them and insist to get the GST invoice.

Staffs were well mannered , Foods were average , As it is served in rooms its gets cold by the time it reaches you.

Noise of construction in their building was disturbing

Excellent property, clean, secure and nice staff. M Kitchen serves delicious quality food.

They are continuously improving to provide more services.

huge spacious property where you take a walk during nights and early mornings .we ordered North Indian food for dinner which comes out good and delicious.

Food choices are very limited and no dining facility. Only room service. Food quality served was not so good.

Breakfast ok, we do not have the choice. They have served their own menu.. Also they could serve only after 8.15 AM

The condition of the washroom was stinking so heavy,, Need to be checked by the management. The washroom kept clean but the smell was very bad..

It was a comfortable stay. Would appreciate if the guests are provided rooms away from the noise of the party hall

Though we got shifted to another room as there was lot of noise from the party hall, it would be good if the hotel takes initiative and suggest this before we check in

AC is not that effective in doubt bed room ..otherwise everything was comfortable.
