Everything! Worst experience ever! The staff are rude The rooms are wonderfully priced less at booking.com and oyo but they do it as a bait so that they can charge you TRIPLE giving all worthless excuses. Rooms are very substandard, not cleaned, smelly, AC is leaking, mattresses are all stained. Overall horrible EXPERIENCE! I will suggest pay another 500 and get yourself a good 3 star hotel! Even customer service was horrible! This us by far the worst experience I've ever had!

Worst hotel, do not book online

They had asked 3 times of the booking price on arrival to hotel and they told they do not accept any booking from booking.com or oyo. Behaviour at reception was very poor.

The location is good.

These people charged me more than double the amount i booked for the stay. Compared to the price I paid nothing is good. AC, Heater and TV are not working. Definitely they must have shut the breaker down from the D borad. Thus told me the rates showing in booking.com is 12 months old and they get the complaints about it. My advice is not to go there after making online reservations.

The hotel is not accepting any booking with the amount listed in website. They are saying they are not co operative with Oyo or booking.com and the money listed in Oyo or booking.com is by the website not by them. I had to pay double to use the room

It was a terrible experience, after receiving the booking confirmation when we reached the hotel, the receptionist lady was so rude and told us there was no room. we tried calling the OYO customer service, but nothing happened. Money minded cheating management. Kindly do not engage with these types of hotels.

They denied my booking said that in 500rs you cant get a room in chennai and also we have stopped taking bookings. You do a fresh booking and pay 1500rs for 1 room 2 guest. How dare the receptionist say that he cant give me the room. I have done payment for this from booking.com and booked a OYO room thats none of their business how much I paid. I have done the booking simple they should do the check in and give me the room key.

The staff had a worst attitude at the reception. they didnt look at the online booking. asked for more money to stay.

THere is rain out side and they are not even enter me in office and said we dnt take online bookings .. and just close the door. rude bad and patatic

first there are people not accepted my reservation from booking.com, I requested and given more money after I got worst room..

there is not even a single point to say that the property is good

when i reached night around 10.30 for checkin the guy in reception demanded for 1000 extra i showed him my prepaid confirmation from booking.com but he told me that they wont accept internet bookings even if it is from oyo site directly. This pushed me in mental trauma as it was already 10.30 pm night worst scam and scammers operating this hotel please stay cautious

The Hotel is running a proper scam. I was looking for cheap option to stay overnight nearby Airport as I had an early morning flight. Got this property at a reasonable price of 800 for a night and went ahead. As soon as I arrived the receptionist informed me I need to pay 1500 for the room. I tried to explain him and showed him my booking but he paid no attention whatsoever and even went to the extent of shouting and humiliating me. I had to eventually pay 1300 for the room that I booked for much less since it was late and I was very tired. The hotel did not even provide proper amenities. On top of that the room was small, dirty and smelled bad. One of the worst ever experience I faced here.

Its not good at all, have paid more money for this hotel but they gave poor facilities. No hot water, no cleaning, no proper bedsheets and bathroom very poor.

It's a worst hotel here stay mean it's better u can stay in footpath.
