Room is ok but break fast food is very poor staff is not responding me Service is worst ?

Rooms not cleaned for three days.

It was a great stay, the space was very clean, silent and peaceful. It was quite close to the metro which enhanced further travel. Overall a decent place to stay at good rates.

Breakfast is good and good central location in chennai

Staircase is occupied with garbage and eaten plates.

So much dogs around hotel and at hotel. biting and come back on night time all lighting closed. the doors closed and am feeling scare so much. Toilet or bad matching with price. Location too bad

I didn't like anything,ventilation poor, mobile charging not working, tv not working , mosquitoes and cockroaches seen,flush not working ,no wifi...

The break fast starts very late. 2 days i didn`t take break fast.

Hot water in bathroom not available. Lot of mosquitoes.

I did not stay there and demanded for my money back. Treebo deducted one night money and refunding the balance. They said it will take 7 to 10 days to appear in my bank account.

It was a disgusting facility. Staff wereoking scruffy. Room was smelling of heavy smoke. Linen was dirty. I felt unsafe to stay there.

The room was very clean and spacious, well maintained and worth the price. Staffs were also very accommodating!

There was some musty smell in the building but pretty much thats it. Nothing major to complain about

AC was not working.Fan was not working.TV not working.Power socket not working.Toilet hose water was flowing very little.Western toilet flush tank takes minimum 20 minutes for the subsequent usage.

Robbery in the rooms.

They lost my brand new expensive shirt, just a day before my interview and the staff were very unprofessional. I am pretty sure they robbed it, the owner of the property Mr. Kumaran is also a very unprofessional and irresponsible individual.I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay here until and unless you want to get your stuff robbed.

The location is good. Communication to places from the Stay is good one. The location is neat and clean and the staffs are good. The hotel has proper connection as it seems to be in a posh area. As it is a Eco-Stay (Home Stay) and not having a Canteen, getting food/Tea is tough one as you have to move out to nearby market.

The room doesn’t have smart tv so spending time was a bit tough. The Cable TV has major South Indian Channels and little Hindi & english channels. I booked for my family (we have three members), but the bed is enough for two people only. The WiFi was bit slow during my stay.

It is in a quiet place, so tranquil. The breakfast was good and tasty. On the first morning it consisted of boiled eggs, banana, puri bhaji and tea. On the second morning it was boiled eggs, dosa-chutney-sambar and tea.I stayed in a room for 3 guests, room 405. It was quite spacious with one king bed and one single bed. There is a balcony as well. Beds were comfortable, bathroom and toilets were clean and had geyser. Staff was polite and helpful.

There was no intercom, so you have to walk to the reception for any request. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood means there are not a lot of stuffs or points of interest nearby. TV set increased the overall decor but was non functional. Linens were not clean.

Great late check in, air conditioning and running hot water. Near the local spot to eat and to connect to the main temple and then head on to Puducherry. A great find if you need a comfortable place to rest on your trip.
